Relaxing Svartaborg An amazing relaxing stay at Svartaborg. I love the location with the option to relax, or have a drive with so many things to see only a short drive away. We’ll be back. The houses themselves are stunning, and a dip in the hot tub tops off this amazing property/location.

Beautiful, modern micro-house, with lots of space. Excellent heating in the cold weather. Amazing views from huge windows. Great kitchen for cooking, which you will need, as there are no restaurants close by.

This was one of the most anticipated stops along our road trip. We were only able to stay one night due to availability but we would have loved to stay longer. The place was very quiet, peaceful and romantic. The space was mindfully designed and very visually appealing. I can tell the owner out a lot of thought into the interior design. The heated floors + heated towel rack made the place even more cozy. We enjoyed the stars in the jacuzzi but unfortunately didn’t see the northern lights that night (although I’m sure it is a great place to see them when they are out). The only downside was some of the pots were covered in food from previous guests. All of the plates, cups and silverware were spotless though.

Amazing! Wish we had stayed longer. This stay was amazing, the decor was very chic and had us wandering around complimenting each of the design choices. Every detail had been thought of - from robes to use in the geothermal hot tub (a great experience even in winter) through to slippers and hot water bottles. The view from the windows was also great and we saw the northern lights during our stay. We booked this for my partners birthday and although it’s pricey it’s 100% worth it for a special occasion.
