My second stay in this Hotel - Business related.
Has all needed facilities, eateries and supermarket is in walking distance.
A plus is always the view on the Shwedagon Pagoda from the window.

This hotel is in the garden/park/inya lake, there are bars, nightclubs, seafood restaurants, luxurious residences in the vicinity. The hotel has basement parking, lobby is spacious with open late at night restaurant where you can order for inroom dining. Spa is on 8th floor, and highlight is bar on the the hill where you can enjoy sunset with view of hill/lake/ garden. One only disadvantage is frequent ly run out electricity.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the food was fresh and tasty. One minor downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.
