Lemon Tree Hotel, Thimphu

I chose Lemon Tree Hotel over other options and was deeply disappointed. Bathroom without shower curtain posed a big threat of slipping. Wash basin was broken. The sliding door of bathroom couldn't be locked from inside. Inspite of repeated reminders. Shampoo was not added to the dispenser during 3-day stay. Food was less than average in taste, quality and presentation. Signs of neglect and economy was evident all over.

Great resort, well maintained, very neat, awesome hospitality, and serene view from the room and property. Ismita managed the booking beautifully and ensured a great stay for us at the property for 2 nights. On a lighter note food could have been better.

We had a fantastic experience in lemon tree resort Thimpu,the staff were warm and welcoming and attentive to every details,rooms were equiped with room heater, washroom heater,and even matress heater. The staffs made sure that our stay was memorable by attending to all the minor details and chef himself never made us feel leaving outside India by giving us options of different indian cuisines. The bonfire arrangements were awesome which made the stay more memorable for us.

It is beautifully located and staff was very polite and ensured all the facilities are available on time. Lomesh Chef was excellent. Foods were delicious. Will recommend guest to definitely visit this place. Specially for those who wants natural site from there room

Great hotel near to main town. If you want to explore the town this hotel is centrally located just infront of national stadium. Staff is professional & food is awesome. Highly recommended. They are always ready to help you. Beds were kept cold with electrict heaters that helped us keep warm.

The experience was best. The staff was courteous, food was full of taste. Every staff right from front desk to chef to room services was very cooperative. To name a few ; Jegdril, Tashi , Romesh, Nayan Jyoti, Tandin. Trip was definitely fit for recommendation to others.
