Hello everyone, I want to honestly share my experience about this amazing hotel. The main reason for this review is the incredible staff. The service here is outstanding, and I’m pleasantly surprised! I can’t name everyone, but a few stood out. First, my favorite – Aruham. He takes care of the rooms and does his job flawlessly. He’s incredibly attentive, clean, and trustworthy. He went beyond expectations, doing things we didn’t even ask for, and always with enthusiasm. If I were in management, I’d definitely keep an eye on him! Next is Rupesh, a great guy. I loved his contests and conversations—he’s fun, smart, and makes time fly. I also want to thank the whole staff, especially Erma from Indonesia (I hope I got the name right). She was always smiling, helpful, and ensured we never had to ask for anything—it was already perfect. Thank you to our Italian friend (I don’t remember his name exactly) who drove the buggy around the island, making the rides fun and entertaining. I’m so glad I got to meet him. And to Ali from reception, who answered all our questions and helped us anytime. Without these amazing people, our stay wouldn’t have been nearly as special. Thank you all!
