We had a lovely time as family at Hotel Ariane. They took care of us and were very friendly to the children! We felt very comfortable.

Grande ospitalità, grande professionalità e simpatia. I gestori hanno fatto di tutto per agevolare il mio soggiorno. Ottima colazione e posizione. Dovevo tornare a thiene da Vicenza verso mezzanotte e sono stati capaci di trovare e prenotare un taxi. Grazie

Esperienza pessima da non ripetere, stanza cupa con moquette non pulita. Hotel nell'insieme molto cupo, stile datato. Colazione con prodotti freddi ed esposti con pellicola di cellophane (chiaramente non fatti freschi). In aggiunta l'ultimo giorno, mentre facevamo colazione, vi era una ragazza che stava pulendo i pavimenti della sala con detergenti. E questo ci è stato fatto notare come un vanto dalla proprietaria, a dimostrazione della pulizia che veniva fatta (peccato mentre noi facevamo colazione!). Nessun riguardo verso l'ospite. Mai capitata in precedenza una cosa del genere.

Hotel bellissimo, molto molto curato, pulizia super, buffet colazione buonissimo e abbondante, la cortesia, disponibilità dei proprietari "unica" mi hanno fatto sentire a casa e assisto in tutto...i proprietari sanno...ho anche inviato un e-mail in privato per ringraziarli ancora!!! mi auguro di essere presto ancora vostra ospite!!!!

Ottima struttura ricettiva, decisamente pulita, ben gestita da personale cordiale, molto attento alle esigenze della clientela. Causa le levatacce giornaliere, ci hanno sempre fatto trovare la colazione in camera. Prezzi consoni al servizio fornito. Consigliato

Se siete in zona cercate altro! I miei soliti hotel erano al completo e quindi ho optato per questo pseudo tre stelle. Forse le valeva quando ha aperto. Per non parlare di quella che la proprietaria chiama "suite". Una matrimoniale normalissima con letto aggiunto. La moquette è la ciliegina. Post it per la password wifi attaccato al mobile e frigo bar vuoto sono solo due esempi che ne caratterizzano l'appellativo di suite. PS ovviamente il prezzo, quello sì, era da suite.

Sono stato ospite nella stessa struttura poco più di due anni fa. Lo avevo trovato assolutamente decoroso. Comodo e strategico. Oggi i tanti difetti coprono i suoi punti di forza. Forse il forzato periodo di poca attività ha condizionato pesantemente il suo stato. L’accoglienza non proprio da manuale. Le indicazioni per raggiungere le camere non sostenuta da chiare indicazione ai piani, sono da preludio ad una camera assolutamente spartana, La ventola molto rumorosa che lascia presagire una scarsa manutenzione del sistema di aerazione e condizionamento, ti costringe a scegliere tra il sonno ed il caldo in camera. La tendina della doccia non da un senso di igiene, infine l’acqua calda rossiccia (la reception dice a causa di lavori, mi si consiglia di farla scorrere… ma non poteva essere fatto prima???!!!) mi impedisce di prendere una doccia dopo un lungo ed estenuante viaggio in macchina. Che dire. Nello stato attuale non mi sento di consigliarlo. Unico pregio il prezzo, ma con il bassissimo livello di comfort percepito, sinceramente, sembra esagerato. Spero venga tirato su.
