Stay here often and it’s always very lovely. Staff are great, warm and welcoming. The restaurant and bar are also lovely. Facilities are great too. Have only ever eaten in the restaurant in the morning and gone before brekkie so cannot comment on that. Comfy bed and pillows. I always sleep very well here.

First room was leaking from ceiling, second room was a down grade no refund ? No wifi after being downgraded from a premium room. The staff on reception daytime were unprofessional and the new female was straight out of Compton so unprofessional, rude unhelpful , even both female receptionists swore referring to maintenance in front of customers at reception . The night female receptionist was much better and tried to help. I could not get a key for my room for the full two nights stay everytime I entered hotel receptionist from daytime had to let me in up until 8pm . I was up and down the stairs having been Locked out my room and the staff were really put out making me feel like I was the burden ! Never again will I stay at this hotel and if the new receptionist was in my company she would be sacked.

Friendly staff and enjoyable food. Staff working under pressure as it was half term and the hotel very busy. Staff coped well . Good parking and a comfortable room. Very close to the two venues we were visiting in Thetford so ideally placed, Would use again if in the area

My wife and I chose to stay at this hotel from 13th to 14th February 2025 in Thetford, for such a large hotel there is a list of concerns; 1) we were given room 108, this as shown in the picture was directly under a very busy smoking area, we couldn't open the window due to cigarette fumes blowing into the room and the noise from people outside was unbearable. 2) there was a electrical noise all night, like a toilet masarator cleaning itself out. 3) Contractors were let into rooms whilst we went for breakfast, this is a security risk. The issues were raised with the manger who just said "I've been away for a few days" and "head office arranged the contractors" no offer or explanation why they have been let into staying guests rooms and doors chocked open, this is not acceptable, considering there is not safe provided or not of the contractors.

The spacious room was very clean and warm, the king size bed was really comfortable. It was great to be able to have a nice bath or shower, liquid soap and towels supplied. Plenty of tea and coffee both in the room and at reception. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. We bought a drink in the adjacent pub and drank it in our room during the evening. TV was in the room was good. We only stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. Easy access to the motorways.

What a lovely, friendly hotel. The staff both at reception and the restaurant were very welcoming. The room was so comfortable and the bed excellent we both had an amazing sleep, rest and relaxation. The restaurant was very good, the team very attentive and certainly looked after us. The quality of the food and drinks was superb. Thank you Premier Inn for looking after us.

My husband was working in the area (Centre Parcs) and so we booked and stayed for two nights at the Premier Inn in a Premier Plus Room, very good value for money. We paid £146.96 for 2 x nights including cooked breakfast for both of us for two mornings. Plenty of parking on arrival in large car park, hotel just off a main road just as you turn into a little residential estate. Reception is small and dreary and upon arrival, which was early (1.45pm) before we said anything, the lady on reception stated "it's £15 for early access to your room!" and she did not smile once. I said it is fine I will wait until 3pm, the check in time and went through to the adjoining pub "The Warrener" to wait, which was comfortable and a fine place to wait. I also asked if we could get a room overlooking the car park and was abruptly told "your room is already allocated, I will see what I can do but we are fully booked!" again no hint of a smile. At 3pm I was allocated my room, no mention of whether she changed us to a car park view or not and on arrival to our room we realised that no she hadn't. Not to worry, our view overlooked the main road but noise wasn't a problem at all. Room was lovely and large, very clean and had a small fridge, small coffee pod machine, 3 x coffee pods and a small selection of tea bags, sugar and 6 x UHT milk pots, plus two mini chocolates. Would have been nice to have some fresh milk in the fridge, there was however two complimentary small bottles of water (one sparkling and one still). The room had an Ironing Board, Iron, vanity area by the door, with its own mirror, stool and light above mirror, which was unfortunately too dark to use for make-up as no natural light, but ok for blow drying your hair though with supplied hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable, ambient lights over the headboard and above the curtains were nice. Comfortable armchair and foot stool for relaxing and nice desk area and desk chair for working. Good size flat screen TV on wall above a large stool for putting your suitcase on while unpacking or other uses. Shower room was a good size, shower was a rain head and wall mounted hand held combi, good water pressure and nice and hot. Heated mirror was a nice touch so clears quickly when steamy and good for putting on make-up as great lighting in there. Generic wall mounted all in one shower gel/shampoo dispensers, same for sink area, no separate toiletries so be sure to bring your own creams etc and no flannels provided. No safe in room. Heating system a bit confusing and when asking at reception (which took a while as unmanned and when pushing the on counter buzzer several times, no-one appeared for a good 5-8 minutes and a queue was forming), was told that there is an instruction leaflet in the room showing you how to use the air conditioning control on the wall to turn the separate wall mounted heater (with it's own LCD panel that doesn't work) on. The leaflet in your room just explains very basically how to
