Dear readers, I have been traveling for more than 25 years and have seen many different hotels, rules and also policies. Unfortunately, Ermou Hotel No. 15 in Thessaloniki is by far the worst hotel I have been in contact with in terms of customer service. I accidentally booked the hotel for 2 nights while looking for my summer vacation. When I contacted the hotel by phone and in writing 5 days before arrival, they said sorry, we can‘t cancel the reservation. Not even my request to postpone the 2 days so that I can go on vacation for a week in the summer season was rejected on the phone without checking anything. I cannot and am unable to judge the rest of the hotel. But even if the hotel is great, it starts with the art of communication and the way you treat your customers and that, as already mentioned, is just disgraceful and a complete disaster. Conclusion: The hotel is absolutely not customer-oriented and is only interested in profit. It's a shame that you treat your customers like that. As a manager, I would be ashamed to receive such a review. Regards B.Hoffmann
