There are barely any spots to sit down at a table and charge a laptop. There would be plenty of space on the dining hall, but they kick everyone out minutes after a meal is served. The air conditioning is so loud, that people have to yell when talking to each other. The layout of everything is bad: While there is a huge room available, everything is crammed into corners.

This is the worst 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s loud, not nice to look at, and the service is almost non-existent. Breakfast was terrible — cheap food and no espresso. There’s no proper place to sit outside unless you want to be right next to a busy street. And if you open the bathroom window, you’ll see the hotel hallway, with people walking past all the time. Hard to believe this place calls itself a luxury hotel.

The hotel is decent, but it is not really close to the city center or anything else. We walked in a couple days because the shuttle times were not convenient for us, but the sidewalk often had obstacles and holes to walk around (and sometimes we were forced to walk in the road). The interior is nice and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that the front desk controls access to the gym to prevent too many people at one time (especially since a busload of teenagers arrived while we were there). The rooms were clean and there was water and soda in the mini-bar and packets of coffee in the room when we arrived. However, when a friend asked for additional coffee packets, she was told they were only given once per stay! (She couldn't even purchase them so we found some at the All4 store down the road). There were a lot of bus groups that stayed at this hotel so it was somewhat noisy and congested at times, but the rooms were surprisingly quiet.

Welll clean rooms Good breakfast and staff Just 5 minutes by car to city center (they have parking area ) But the best think is they have free shuttle bus to the city center If will back we will stay again the same room Tip: do your reservation by phone is better (cheaper)

Unacceptable behaviour!! I was shocked by the behaviour at the cafe room. I was there for a coffee with my little son, while the other one was participating at a chess competition there. Waiting to finish, we started playing chess with my other son. The waiter stopped us and he forced us to put in the game. the same happened to another friend who was sitting there. So, we were forced to leave! Shocked. It was the first time that something like this happens to me. Such kind of behaviours should be isolated! Moreover, the hotel is located at a very bad and dangerous neihgourhood. of Thessaloniki. You cannot even walk to the centre of the town.

From your first step into the Porto until your last one you enjoy satisfaction and high level services of a 5* : - friendly, helpful and very competent staff, - the breakfast is a time to enjoy all the beverages you wish are there, continental or greek version are there for your pleasure, good start of your day ! - the roof on restaurant version : rich menu for all types of habits, great Chef signatures plates, do not miss it ! - the roof on longue version : cocktails, drinks for all the types - the room is the place you enjoy your rest from a to z ! Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a wonderfull journey !

This hotel had lots of room and I think it was awesome! There was a gym for me to work out in and the food was amazing! I would come back here again 10/10 because of its proximity to the major historical landmarks nearby. The shopping centers are also close

This hotel is comfortable with lots of space in the rooms, and each meal in the dining area is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is not far from the seaport. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
