I only give it one star because it is not possible to give it zero. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, since before my arrival. Although it was clearly specified that there would be no advance payment, during my approach journey (by motorbike, on the same day of check in) I received an email with the notification of cancellation of the booking on booking due to I don't know what problem with the charge on the card and a perfectly valid one at that. I phone the property to inform myself and they confirm the reservation "orally". Once at the hotel they assured me that they would reinstate the reservation and maintained this line of thought until the end of my stay. Result? This does not happen and I lose the cashback relating to the transaction on booking given that in fact my booking no longer existed and having "trusted" it, even though at that point I could even rebook at the same facility at a considerably lower price for the same dates as in the attached photo. Honesty equal to zero, common sense even less, respect for the customer practically non-existent. Thieves and scammers. Am I comfortable with the quality of the facility? Let's hope. Old hotel and kept in very poor condition. Cleaning practically non-existent. Bathroom in indecent condition and structurally inadequate. I open the window to let air in and I realize that it overlooks a narrow cavity inside the building. And this would be an internal courtyard? And finally to top it off I look down and see nothing less than the outer wrapper of a condom in full view and simply left there. Escape this place if you plan to stay. The worst hotel of my entire life.
