I received a voucher from Trip.com and as stated - check-in from 13:00, we arrived at 13:00, we felt bad... we wanted to get to the room quickly, BUT at the hotel check-in is from 15:00!! Is this normal???

1. The guy at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, thoughtful and provides all kinds of tips. He is really a good front desk. 2. The room has a kitchen and all kinds of facilities, so you can make your own food; 3. The living room is large, with a sofa and a dining table; 4. There is a laundry room and a restaurant on the basement floor of the hotel, which is convenient; 5. 位置稍微偏了一點點，酒店裡麪的設施很新，裏面的環境還是很好的，酒店旁邊有家本地人喜歡的餐廳很好吃又便宜，我們選了酒店8歐一人的早餐，還是很好的，酒店工作人員都非常好
