Chosen it for its easy access to public transport from the railway station and on to the airport.
Generally, the location is not the best, but still is 15-20 minutes walk to centre. I liked the key-free access and the email response was almost instant on both times I emailed them!
On the negative side. Broken glass found in kitchen area and tables and shelves were really not cleaned properly. No cloth availability to clean by myself. I would expect more from a "luxury" studio

Booking at Boat House was a great success. From the first moment, the stay was excellent. Communication was fluid and the room was perfect. It is true that the room I chose was not large, but the space is perfectly optimized and clean.
