The manager didint know about the booking till we get there. Not enough hot water. No food. Power outage at night 5 times.

the worst experience ever! by the time we reached they gave out the rooms to someone else! and they gave us a room which was stinking and no towel not even a hand wash or a soap filthy bedsheet and blanket. and the best part they just don't care. apart from that no bot water even to brush in that freezing cold no fan or ac either. a place i would never recommend to any one 🥺. i don't know why i paid almost. worst worst worst stay ever🤮
