Claiming a star category resort,they must give complement breakfast to there guest. Of course we are not asking free bees. They can include it in there price like all other hospitality industry does.i don't know why they are still not following these type of practise.soups are really horrible in taste . One and only added advantage of this resort is the location.just that one reason. The owners have a great potential business in this place,if they really give ears to customer satisfaction and there feedback.

Very Bad service. We booked 2 cottages through make my trip. We were 2 families with 3 small kids travelled from Ernakulam and it was a journey of 4 hrs nearly. When we reached the property they denied checkin and behaved very rudely and they were simply assigned next few rooms to a group of gents who are basically came there to drink and blast. The staffs doesn't know any manners and the property also looks like a lodge setup. Dont recommend this for families.

Stayed for 3 days, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of city lights and natural beauty. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable getaway with great ambiance and scenic views.

Amazing ambience. Friendly staff and good food. Best location in kuttikanam, Kerala. Budget friendly. Nearby tours organized by the hotel itself. Just 4 hrs from ernakulam (airport). Rejuvenating experience at a hill station. Must try local cuisine.

Best resort in kuttikanam with great view and great hospitality.it’s located at place where you could experience fog so often.the food is also freshly prepared and served .the pool was also well maintained .looking forward to visit this place soon.

You will feel your stress melting away and peace settling in. The staff were courteous and friendly and always ready to help and he food was good. Thrisangu Haven resort is excellent for a family holiday or a fun trip with friends. Will recommend this place to anyone looking to take a break.

Stayed here with my friends. It was a very pleasant stay. The climate was very good. Great staff and hospitality. Food was also great. Will visit again soon. We stayed in the deluxe room which was comfortable. But if you are looking for an open space and more privacy. Opt for the cottages.

The resort is not managed professionaly. The room allotted was very bad and i have to upgrade to the cottage category by paying additional amount and the resort was not able to give me a gst bill for which i am eligible and told me to approach the mm t for any update and was very rude in their approach and many of my friends who booked directly had a very bad experience from the staff and not properly responding to the complaint of other guests who were staying in resort by playing music around 2 am-in the morning which is quite disturbing for senior citizens.

It's one of the old properties in this locality. Enjoyed the pool well. Rooms were basic. Food was tasty. Some machinery sound disturbed the sleep. The staff were helpful.

When you book a resort, you expect a pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay. This place would not qualify to be a resort. Not well maintained. Cannot expect good food. The room is very average. A great location which is not being put to good use.

My overall experience was very nice, instead of that they might should improve their rooms appearance. The rooms are very old and not very impressive. The swimming pool was very clean. Provided food also very good

Rooms are very old with archaic furniture. Privacy is less as rooms are very close to each other. Restaurant is below par.

Hotel needs maintenance at the earliest. Charging so much with this poor facility is really bad make my trip should re-evaluate before making bookings to this resort

Ill maintained resort with poor restaurant with limited food with high rates. Rooms are old with electric/ water connections malfunctions. No attractions to tourist and you can kill your energy if you visit this resort.
