Excellent hotel! The service is very enthusiastic, the decoration is European, the room is spacious, the facilities are fully equipped, the lobby is very beautiful, and there is a very attractive bar in the lobby where you can find a place to taste wine and listen to music. Very good experience, I will go back next time.

At check in, I was charged $70 for incidentals I had no plan to use. This should not be a policy, I've never been charged such a fee at any hotel I've ever stayed at in the past. I stayed one night and used nothing, see to it I am remunerated.

It’s a 3 star hotel, but nicely budget built & designed. So nice for the price. Quiet room overlooking the outdoor AC units. I guess the other decent views were taken? Didn’t try spa or gym.

Great not so great.
The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms are also beautiful and clean; however, I have stayed here three times and each time the rooms have been very warm at night. I have had to go purchase a fan to cool off the room. The spa is beautiful, the bar has fantastic drinks and service. However, two nights in a row we had a somewhat large party with at least 6 open tabs at the bar and for some reason the bar tenders decided they would just combine all the open tabs to one. Never told us until it was time to pay the bill. We complained the first night it happened and then it happened again the second night.
