Having had the opportunity of staying at a few other four seasons around the world and the sydney branch felt abit lacking. Service was straightforward at best. Shower screen had gaps where water leaked to the floor during a shower but was informed it always has been.

We booked a room specifically for its Sydney Opera House view. However, there's a busy road right outside the building, and even though we were on a high floor, it was incredibly noisy. It felt like there were no windows at all to block the sound! After repeatedly checking, I realized the windows were fixed. I can't believe how poor the sound insulation quality is; the noise was simply unbearable!

Pretty Fantastic location but very poor amenities. I had nothing in the room like basic toiletries. Very deflating room for the price I paid for the night. Concierge and location I will rate 5 out of 5 but room itself is not worth the money they charge.
