The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room and balcony—absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. Watching the Vivid Light Show from the comfort of our balcony was a particularly memorable experience.
However, the room itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn with dark patches, and parts of the bathroom were peeling. On the plus side, housekeeping did service the room daily, which was appreciated.
One downside was the misleading information about parking. Although the website mentioned parking, there was none available on-site. We had to use Wilson's parking next door, which came at a steep price.
All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for the location and views alone, but be prepared for a room that’s seen better days.

Pleasant place in good location . Needs a little love or a coat of paint in the bathroom. Very comfy beds.
Has all you need and nothing extra. Pleasant staff some more helpful than others.

We didnt know there were steps to get there and another route will be slopes only to pull up all our luggages.

Very very disappointing stay. The facilities are very old and it is not a hotel. This is a chain hotel and I thought it was the same all over the world. I didn't expect this one to be so bad. It felt eerie when I entered the room. It was really scary to live alone. The bathroom in the hotel was even more old.

It's a convenient location for accessing The Rocks, the bridge, and the Opera House. The New Year's fireworks were not visible from the room, but we could walk out onto the street and watch them with many tourists. There is a kitchen in the room, so you can cook simple meals. The bath and toilet are a bit old-fashioned. The room was spacious enough for a family of three. Considering the cost performance, it's a good hotel.
