Alice on Todd Apartments

We stayed at Alison Todd from the 11th to 14 July 2025 in one of the deluxe two-bedroom apartments. It was on the upper level we found the apartment to be spotlessly clean, had terrific views down along the gap and was very comfortable for our family. Alice Todd is also extremely well located and we found we were able to walk to restaurants and other attractions.

Not at all with the service. I am a remote teacher. I came in on the weekend in a Toyota Hiace Mini bus. I asked the receptionist where could I park. Her response was down there if the carports are available well park outside. So park out side Gate 4. I wake up at 6am to go to the bus amd find bus windows back and front smashed. I was angry. If the was a car park I would not have been in that situation. 1. Iron was broken and not working asked the learner for new one when I arrived home it still wasn't swapped out. 2. Showehead needed to be cleaned it was cloggy and water didn't flow out probably. 3m Air-conditioning is in wrong place it goes right onto the kitchen. The coolness doesn't even come far to the bed leaves you sweating at night time because they have no fans. 4. WORST PART OF ALL.... For the entry into the apartments you have to produce a code. You have to get out of the car and go to the right of the car to place in the pin. If you are slow or have trouble getting into a Toyota Hiace like I did well too bad too sad the gates just shut on you....no happy at all. What's more disappointing Alice on Todd took no responsibility of my bus being smashed even though it was on the footpath. I had to stay till Monday to fix the bus. How kind of them to offer a $30 discount...what an absolute joke. So to everyone thinking of staying there ..THINK AGAIN 5 Last thing the outside area next our apartment is dirty and uncared for.

The walls are a little thin & not nouse proof do can hear the neighbouring apartment clearly especially when using shower etc & bthrm fan. Also staff had drinks & bbq outside the apartment till late so noise drifted up & table/chairs blocking apartment access the next day. Stairwell very dark & needs light on even during the day & stairs badly creak. Gate locked during the day. Nest of some sort inside front doorway & bottom of shower walls need repair Pool towels not replaced daily & pool full of leaves all the time giving neglected air

Tired decor, uncomfortable bed, rude staff, noisy location, poorly cleaned and unkept grounds. Bed was easily the worst bed I have experienced. It groaned and squealled whenever either partner moved. Pool was obviously a health hazzard

Great self contained apartment. Will stay again.
