All employees were very efficient, helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to laundry and the house man. The hotel was very clean and newer. I appreciate having a nice fitness center, fresh cookies, and a decent continental breakfast. Thank you for making my longer stay easier and enjoyable! Jan P.

This is a mixed review as I’m on the fence about our stay. First off VERY clean. Room was well worth the stay HOWEVER we experienced extremely loud neighbors several of them in the halls absolutely RUDE to be entering a hotel at 10pm in frathouse mode and doing it in the hallway. Due to covid there are NO blankets we were advised we could ask for one but I just kept thinking was Oprah right? I mean I know comforters aren’t washed but the blankets? We bought one at the local Fred Meyer. I did bring my swimsuit but the filled pool was closed. Upon check in both of our IDs were documented as well as both our phone numbers. I’ve never experienced that either. I’m not a fan of being tracked and this was new for us during the pandemic as we’ve stayed in other hotel’s and not experienced this. Overall it’s clean. Worth it for a night but walls are very thin and if you don’t mind giving all your information it’s a great deal. We would stay again if we didn’t have to experience all of the above. The lady who checked us in was very nice and my husband said she asked if we heard the loud people. Most staff wouldn’t acknowledge that.

The front desk staff were capable, and as helpful as they could be given the poor quality of the equipment and maintenance support in the hotel. The hotel has a nice grassy play area out back. The air conditioner didn't work at all in the first room we were assigned. We were moved to a second room where it sort-of worked, but rattled loudly for a minute, every nine minutes. We were told that it couldn't be fixed since it was a weekend. There was a smell of old cooking in the corridors. This meant we had to keep the air conditioner running even though it was noisy and didn't work very well, just to keep the smell pushed out. The breakfast room was small and crowded; people were sitting in the lobby having breakfast, and taking food to their rooms. In the run-up to arrival, web services were unusably poor. The Choice Hotels website doesn't work. Every time I tried to log in, I had to reset my password. I couldn't log in on my smartphone at all. Customer service was no use at all; I never got a reply to an email request about the password reset problem, not even after 72 hour wait time it warned me of; phone call wait times exceeded 2 hours according to Google Phone, and I gave up trying to use that channel. The room wasn't very well lit.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is not bad. Very satisfied with the first stop in the United States. Have a good rest for one night and continue the next day's itinerary. Recommended recommendation.
