The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a blissful escape from reality. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive care, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. It was a great accommodation for families, and the pool and activity programs were also excellent. Especially because of its convenient location, it's a great place to stay for a long time I'd like to stay longer next time if given the chance.

Beautiful facility, all staff was very pleasant. Andrew the tram driver was very friendly to us and helpful, always waving and smiling at us an others. Loved the dining choices. All food fabulous.

We started in Palace Tower and moved to Makai which is much nicer and has a view. Palace Tower is very run down. Felt like we were in a motel. The hotel activities are great especially for kids. The food is way over priced. Just expect to pay $100.00 every meal.

Had a 3 night stay at the hilton and its one of the best resorts on the whole island. Fantastic amenities and service. Highly recommended place to stay.

Unfortunately, the lack of staffing while a national issue it is noticed here at this particular location.

The only dolphin quest in the US where you can get up close to dolphins is in the hotel. I heard there are turtles on the beach but I didn't see any. The front desk is obviously understaffed. Breakfast is too expensive. You can drive 5 minutes to the supermarket to buy it. You can drive 15 minutes to the white sand beach.

Overall, it meets the expectations of the resort. The room is a little old, but the area is large enough. The room card often has problems and is severely demagnetized. I saw many guests having to go to the front desk to change the card, which is very embarrassing. You must not let the room card touch the phone, otherwise it will be demagnetized in minutes. The resort itself is also very large, and there are many things to do. It's just a bit sad to see so many captive dolphins in a small pool. In addition, there are a lot of fake Chinese cultural relics on display in the hotel. This evaluation is a matter of opinion.

Apart from the fact that the hotel is quite big, there is really nothing good about it. The hotel rooms are basically cleaned once every four days. I called to make an appointment for cleaning and gave a $20 tip. They even knocked on the door twice a day to ask if I wanted to clean. The facilities are old. Anyway, this hotel is not recommended!

I like it very much. There is a museum walkway, a small train, and dolphins. I highly recommend it. The scenery is pleasant. It is also a kind of enjoyment to stay in the hotel without going out.

The hardware for the game is still there, but it is old overall. The elevator design is very complicated. Makai is indeed the closest to the lobby, but it is almost inconvenient to go to other places. The view of the resort is the mountain view + sea view + parking scene + roof view. I am on the fifth floor, which is acceptable. I must refuse the fourth floor Figure 3, the entire sunken balcony, is this genius design intentional? The water bag provided is very practical. The sea outside the lagoon is clearer and the marine life is richer, but the waves are big, so don't swim too deep with children. It is more convenient to call this hotel Uber. It is disgusting to get caught in the rain in the bathroom

When I opened the door, it felt like a Chinese hotel from more than a decade ago. I was shocked by the light switch button. However, the room was quite large. I didn't expect that there was no hair dryer.  The hotel facilities are quite good. You can play with dolphins at your own expense. There is also an inner bay where you can snorkel and see turtles. The speed of the hotel train is not as fast as walking. Sky-high parking fees, coupled with the extremely slow service. A rove beetle came into the room and called the front desk for 20 minutes before it came.  It feels suitable for traveling with children. If you are traveling as a couple, you can actually choose other rooms nearby with newer and better facilities.

The upgraded suite is large and has a good view. The hotel has rich facilities.

The hotel is very large, and the garden and pool view rooms are the most recommended, as they are convenient for traveling. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, which seriously affects your rest. Sanitary conditions and facilities are poor. I will choose another hotel next time.
