The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. It was a great accommodation for families, and the pool and activity programs were also excellent. Especially because of its convenient location, it's a great place to stay for a long time I'd like to stay longer next time if given the chance.

We started in Palace Tower and moved to Makai which is much nicer and has a view. Palace Tower is very run down. Felt like we were in a motel. The hotel activities are great especially for kids. The food is way over priced. Just expect to pay $100.00 every meal.

Had a 3 night stay at the hilton and its one of the best resorts on the whole island. Fantastic amenities and service. Highly recommended place to stay.
