******* never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. ******* call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid *******. Sadly, ******* never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill.
