Marriott’s Waikoloa Ocean Club

The hotel was fixed, but because the trip was cancelled, there was no check-in, and the first day’s payment was deducted. Unfortunately.
Scp Hilo Hotel

For only one night, we booked a room with breakfast, breakfast has two packages to choose from, depending on personal preference. Hotel facilities are slightly old, and the room and bathroom are slightly cramped. The surrounding environment is OK.
Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection

The service is poor, the guests who are not very good at the language are not patient enough. The front desk does not look at the order carefully. If I have already paid the full amount of the room, I will re-collect it once! Bad review!

The hotel has a good environment and a tropical Hawaiian style. In 2018, I lived in this house with my husband when I came to the Big Island. I had a good impression. We booked the same one-bedroom villa at the time, and we found two bedrooms when we checked in (not told that it was free upgrade, and there was no need to upgrade to two rooms for two people). So this time I visited the Big Island with my friends and husband and wife, and I booked a bedroom villa. I found that there was a bedroom. My friend and wife could live in the sofa bed in the hall. Knowing this, we chose to live in hilo, the price is cheap, go to the black beach, green beach, Maokena Observatory, the volcanic park will be close, and the time can be saved a lot. There is a shopping center, near the hotel. The location is very good and the sunset is particularly good. Many restaurants inside can choose, one of them sunset restsurant has a good environment, the sunset location is excellent, but the dishes are very general

Waikoloa Village
It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel on the Big Island. The location is in Waikoloa, there is not much scenery nearby but it is a good choice for accommodation when going to the observatory. It takes less than an hour to drive to the observatory, which is closer than both Kona and Hilo. The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet and close to nature. There is a KTA supermarket nearby where you can buy ingredients and food. The ohna suite we stayed in has two floors, with two bedrooms upstairs and a small bedroom and three bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can do almost anything you want. If you don’t have enough coffee, you can call and ask for it. It’s very convenient. The swimming pool is small but not crowded. There is a hot spring pool.

The room is clean and warm, The facilities are complete, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The children especially like the grassy area on the balcony. The overall situation is very good. I will stay here next time.
