"To be honest, apart from the fact it was so close to the terminal for a 4am start, it was disappointing. Long queue to check in although staff were polite and welcoming, I had to climb over a pizza box, dirty cup and wine glass dumped outside my door and when I entered the room I wasn't wholly convinced it had been cleaned properly. Also, pet peeve, no biscuits! However, on the plus side it was quiet and check out was quick."

"The service at reception and breakfast was excellent and easy to understand. Our room was spacious with a Queen bed, ensuite and coffee making facilities. Everything was clean and tidy and to our liking.

"Checking in was easy and the man was so nice.
Room was ideal, requested a runway view and that definitely ticked that box.
Breakfast had plenty of options, cold salad, ham and cheese, hot scrambled egg, bacon, sausages (standard and vegetarian), hash browns, beans, cereals, seeds, yogurt, a couple Danishes and then there was 'make your own' waffles (just like in the States)"
