Rachoni Bay is the worst hotel I have ever been. My twin sister and I got a noisy room with dirty walls. The hotel staff was hostile towards us when we asked to change the room. Dining room has no airconditioning, but has a lot of flying insects. We were treated in a humiliating way so in the end we changed the hotel only one day after staying in horror hotel Rachoni Bay.

The hotel service is very bad. There is no shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There is no trash can in the room. You have to buy bags and collect trash in it, then to go by yourself to the nearest trash container. Wet towels and swiming suits can be dried only if you put them on the chairs or on terrace fence. There are two small trash cans on the beach , so you have to carry a bag to the beach, put trash in it, and then empty the bags at the nearest trash container. The rooms are not cleaned every day and are full of ants. The receptionists are very rood and their English is very bad. I forgot that you also have to empty trash can in the bathroom by yourself. The tables in the kitchen are very dirty as well as the plates. The food is also very bad. The whole atmosphere is very strange and I didn't expect such a low level service in Greece. I also strongly suggest to avoid this place if you love cats. The hotel manager doesn't put the leftovers for them in one place, he forbids the feeding of the cats, so they have to come to the hotel restaurant and beg for food. Lots of them are sick and in bad condition, kittens are without tails etc...

Upon arrival we were not greeted with the usual "Welcome" but " Give me the voucher for your stay!" Not a smile during the week-long stay, nor a Good Morning or a Kalimera, except from the cleaning ladies. The food was exceptionally bad. Breakfast: 4-5 cm thick slices of white bread only, greek yoghurt, hardboiled (i.e blue) eggs, not bacon but a few, 3-4 ,slices of chopped pork pressed together to look like bacon, some small sausages, cheese totally without any taste of cheese, sandwich topping, sliced sausages making the trip from kitchen fo"buffet table" day after day. The orange (?) juice tasted of mould. The food tasted of nothing, some kind of meat , pieces of chicken and some sorry-looking boiled small fish. The managing staff did not circulate in the dining room, asking if everything was alright or if we wanted anything to drink , but stood in a corner just looking stern, (controlling how much we ate?) To have some wine with the dinner, we had to go outside to the pool-bar and buy a glass. The dessert was always sliced oranges, sometimes a bowl of jelly or "panna cotta", tasting nothing . The room (called superior) was very small, 2 beds, 2 bedtables but omly 1 bedtable lamp, no chair no suitcase pallets. A dressing table, no chair), but an old fridge underneath. We did not dare to use it as it were some cracks inside the fridge and also a lack of electric socket. TV only in greek and with a very bad reception. Balcony OK but the chairs were metal ones, getting very hot and hard to sit upon. I definitely dissuade anyone from visiting this hotel, it is not worth the money! The beach was nice when few guests, and the Mediterranean was, as always, wonderful.

Excellent. Welcoming and helpful staff. Renovated, clean, warm and spacious rooms. Hot water 24/7. Amazing view. Literally two steps from the sea. Very convenient rooms with comfortable bunk beds for children. Great variety at breakfast and lunch. Convenient location, just a few minutes from Limenas.

I went on vacation with my wife and child from August 10 to 16, 2022 at this hotel. Such a poorly made hotel first time I saw. The bathroom window faces the door of the next room. All the smells came into your room. After three days they gave us bath towels because they didn't have any. Cleaning once came to the room and not many things. The staff untrained and the food unacceptable. I regretted the 120 euros a night I was giving them and most of the time we went to the tavern. Pity!!!!
