I have been using sangam hotel for the past 10 yrs . I find it very convenient and comfortable. Especially the staff are extremely courteous and helpful . The fornt desk lady mrs swetta is so cordial and helpful . I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family .

Everything was ok! The hotel, and the personal, was so kino with US, de breakfast was delicious, and the swiming Pool, was ok, in the restaurant the atención from BHARATHI RAJA was excepcional maybe when go to Travel again and if comeback India

The bar had nice music and it was very quiet and friendly. We went at about 5:50PM. It was very nice to relax and have a chill drink. Jayaprakash was very friendly and helpful! 5 star service and truly enjoyed. It was awesome! We are very satisfied with the service

It’s a beautiful property with extremely friendly staff , the cleanliness is immaculate and the food is fantastic! I especially loved the interactions and customer service experiences from Mr. Kannaiah , Bharathi Raja , Anand and Jesuraj . It’s in the city centre and just 5 minutes from the Big Temple .

Had been to the restaurant with family and friends more than 15 members, the food was excellent both veg and non veg. The service was also very good especially Bharathi Raja went out of the way to serve us on time always with a smile. Would highly recommended this restaurant for its ambience, food and service

Very comfortable hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff is hospitable and services provided were very good. The restaurant had good options, quick service and variety of options. Accessibility to all locations around the hotel was also very convenient. We hired a cab from the hotel to go around multiple temples around Tanjore. Overall very good experience

Sangam is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, fresh food, and clean rooms, making it a solid choice for family vacations. Everything we ate in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. We had booked an Executive room and specified a King bed through a travel site, but were given a twin bed instead. It seemed the hotel was fully booked and couldn't accommodate our request, though the allotted room itself was quite spacious. There are, however, areas for improvement. Service management in the restaurant needs attention, particularly during breakfast, when it appeared short-staffed. This resulted in noticeable delays and confusion with orders. For example, one morning we requested a dosa but were mistakenly served an omelet. While we accepted it, such errors should be avoided. Additionally, there was some confusion with billing, with a discrepancy of around Rs. 400. After 20 minutes of trying to resolve the issue, we decided to pay the difference and move on. Housekeeping also left room for improvement; we found dust on the cupboards, and the bathroom drain was clogged. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was very positive, and we would certainly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was good and comfortable. The wardrobe, the mini fridge, the electric kettle etc were all well utilised by us. The AC had been set at 16*C. It was very chill and we had to set it at 24as it was very chill. The optimum temperature is 22- 23. With this the hotel can also save on power consumption. The shower cubicle lacked a small raised area for resting our feet (for soaping). At least an 18" stool can be placed for place our feet for soaping/ applying lotion. We had ordered rumali roti, but it was very dry, The replacement to it sent was also dry. But the other items were yummy. Smiling staff and a beautiful lobby made it more pleasant.

Always Good and honest by jayaprakash i will also refer our friends to come layam bar. Ac is good, hospitality good, watching ipl in big screen those are all good. Ambiance good service also good most of that very friendly to do service keep well thank you guys
