This hotel is in the middle of nature. The garden is very nice and well maintained, it's a pleasure to take a walk in it. The staff is very courteous. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. The only regret we had is that we could not stay more than one night ... I highly recommend this hotel.

Mantra Koodam is a jewel amongst the rice paddies and fields of Tamil Nadu. The staff make this an exceptional stay - warm, generous of spirit, kind and professional. The rooms are very comfortable and the outdoor shower a treat. Such a special , special place

Very beautiful property and well maintained Relaxation and refreshing vibes Hospitality at its peak Cleanliness is super Smiling staff Food charges on the higher side But food is tasty and gut-friendly Overall experience 4+ One night stay could have been enough The location is nice but access to the town is not super without a vehicle

We had a fantastic experience at Mantra Koodam. The staff are so pleasant and well trained. The authentic chola inspired food at the restaurant is simply exceptional. CGH earth focusses on creating memorable experiences that differ from your routine or regular hotel stay. So if you're expecting fat menus and television in your room, this isn't the place for you - how ever if you're keen to explore cuisines made to perfection and enjoy the quiet beautiful property with aesthetically made old Tamil bungalow style rooms and immerse yourself among the sound of birds, peacocks giving you company at the tea/coffee stall (kadai) and a whole range of curated experiences like bird watching, kollam making, pottery and fish feeding to name a few, Mantra Koodam is your best bet and an unforgettable experience.

It was a lovely, unforgettable trip for my family. From the first enquiry to checkout , every team member of CGH deserves an appreciation. The rooms were clean and comfy, and food, traditional and tasty, brought back fond memories of our childhood days visit to our grandparents' home. The team at Mantrakoodam led by Mr Harish made us feel at home. A 'must do' destination for all. Thank you all at Mantrakoodam and CGH CRS for giving us a super duper holiday.

Back to Mantra after a year and was not surprised to see that they have kept up the maintenance. The food was very good and the staff service was top notch especially in the restaurant. They have added two new dining options which I could not try out this time but looking forward to trying it next time. Kudos to team CGH.

A wonderful staycation during ypur temple hopping at Kumbakonam. A pleasent Agraharam experience with Cholan dishes to give a walk back to Chola Cultural era. The staff were extreamly warm and helpful. The property also offers different activities which you can indulge in for free and also at a price.
