We did thread ceremony function at Planet Hollywood last week and we were impressed by all the services of the hotel. The food was good. Special thanks to Chef Sumit for taking care of our requirements for Maharashtrian and Rajasthani food. Hema coordinated really well for all details of the function & bookings of room at hotel. Special thanks to team of Mr Sanjay Gurbani for making the overall look of function mesmerizing. The decoration was beyond expectations taking care of detailed requirements of our color and choice theme.

Excellent hotel.. great ambience.. Rooms have lively feel.. very conveniently located in Hiranandani Estate Thane. Buffet breakfast is lavish. Food in all restaurants is good. Would recommend as business hotel for those working in Thane

I have booked planet Hollywood in October. It was my first visit. I have chosen pick-up and drop off service. MAHESH was the person pick me up from the airport. What a lovely guy. When I have entered my room it was neat and tidy,very comfortable.I stayed for 4 days.All the staff members were amazing. I remember few names PANKAJ,PRATEEK, and all the chefs were well dressed and qualified .Food was superb. On my last day when I said I am leaving. Chefs and members approached me with a little surprise 😮 they organised a cake for my farewell. What a great gesture . Amazing Hospitality. Well done team . Keep up the good work .

Haidar was the best. He was very welcoming and treated us with respect. This is the second time we have been here and both of the times he has served us. The food was very delicious 😋 too. The atmosphere at the rooftop restaurant is calm and welcoming views of the city. We will be back again. Good job Haidar.

Let me start with thanks to Abdul, Subham and Khushi for making this lunch and awesome experience. Good spread, fantastic variety, great taste and a wonderful crew makes for a great experience. And that's what we got today. The dim sums were probably the best have had anywhere in Thane. The roast chicken was another runaway hit. The desert spread (Indian section) was a bit weak with only jalebi and rabri. Would have loved to see some options there. And not too many gluten free choices too. Diet versions of drinks should be there.

The most warmest service.... Very welcoming and kind and a lovely wish for the birthday as well 🥳. Abdullah Siddiqui and Avinash Imon Kabir The food was very tasty and well quatified for each serving. The drinks served were so tasty and vibrant in colour that a picture perfect moment was created.
