Good ambience, excellent staff, caring, very good service. Tasty food, served hot. They freshly cooked the special dish requested. Good gesture by arranging birthday cake. Vegetarian dishes with out garlic served. Buffet was not there and also menu is limited for Vegetarians so u can improve.

One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome.The hospitality was good.Rooms were spacious. All the facilities are upto the expectations. Staffs are very co-operative. They make me comfortable when needed. Morning breakfast is cherry on the cake. Lots of varieties. Dining ambience is grt. All the staffs at the restaurant are very good and friendly. All the front end, housekeeping, security staffs are very friendly and co-operative. They are just good. GYM- Great place to work out. Perfectly well maintained. it is a place for the guests to feel like you are using your own apartments gym.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my mom’s birthday, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. While the food was okay, the service and ambiance were far from acceptable—definitely not even 1-star worthy. The service was painfully slow, and the atmosphere was utterly dismal. The restaurant was hot, with no fans or cooling arrangements, leaving us, including the kids, drenched in sweat and battling mosquitoes throughout. Despite multiple requests for some relief, the staff was unhelpful and seemed clueless. For a place that markets itself as part of a 5-star hotel, the restaurant feels more like a 1-star experience. It was a sad and frustrating evening that completely ruined the celebration. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—it’s an overpriced disappointment and an absolute waste of money. I feel sorry for the working staff that they have to work in such a bad condition

Excellent Stay @ Planet Hollywood, Thane, Mumbai. One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome.The hospitality was good.Rooms were spacious. All the staffs at the restaurant are very good and friendly. Specifically Vrushali & Avinash attended me most of the time. They are just good. This is my 3rd stay in 3months. Vrushalli is doing her job perfectly well. Has the personality to lead and manage the team. GYM- Great place to work out. Perfectly well maintained. Satish made it a place for the guests to feel like you are using your own apartments gym.

Excellent service especially Abdul and Khadak Singh. They personally managed our order. Made the Thai curry exactly the way we wanted and gave us personalised service. The food quality was great and the service was great. I recommend the restaurant to all

Vrushali is a staff member in planet Hollywood and she behave like a family we are new in thane shifted from Gurugram and found this place where we get the food very delicious and the staff is very well mannered with good aticate I feel very happy to be the part of this place 😊

Very nice place to stay. Very helpful & cooperative staff. Apurva & Deepasha were extremely helpful at the reception. Very nice ambience. Nice, tidy and clean rooms. Food quality is equally good. Surely a very good place to put up. Please keep it up.
