We planned a birthday celebration at the Planet Hollywood Made Max lounge and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect with a understated lounge feel , the food was amazing with a variety of salads, main courses , soups and desserts ( all customizable based on your selection), the staff was non interfering yet attentive and prompt. Special shout-out to Hema who managed the event efficiently and was remarkably prompt and polite in addressing our concerns. Definitely recommended if you want to have a memorable day with your family and friends! Thank You Hema and Staff once again!

It was wonderful experience having dinner in Planet dailies. Grrat hospitality and service by Cajitan & Pratik. Taste was very good and spread was also nice with nice variety of deserts. Even main course was too good. PRATEEK AND Cajitan was kind to serve us Fresh lime and Green tea after dinner.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in February 2025, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Thane. The hotel has great vibes, a fantastic ambiance, and outstanding service from start to finish. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team – the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The bed sheets were fresh, the towels crisp, and everything was up to the mark. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The manager was also very hands-on, was checking the floor room and personally ensuring that guests, like myself, had a pleasant experience. It really added to the overall feeling of care and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thane. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I had a great experience working with Sanjay Gurbani, the wedding decorator for my Haldi and wedding at Planet Hollywood. From the first meeting, he was professional, patient, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand what I wanted, discussed all possible options, and made sure we didn’t miss any important details. What I really liked was that he didn’t try to add extra things just to increase the cost - he was honest and focused on what would look best for the venue and match my vision. For the Haldi, the decor was even better than I expected! The setup was bright, festive, and full of energy. Sanjay added special touches like the dhol and genda phool, which made the event even more fun. I hadn’t even thought of these, but he included them on his own, showing how experienced he is. For the wedding, the decor was elegant and beautifully done from the entrance to the mandap. The mandap was placed perfectly in the center, so everyone could see the wedding rituals clearly. Sanjay and his team also handled the small but important things, making sure the varmala was ready on time and playing my bridal entry song at the perfect moment. I didn’t have to stress about anything, which made the day even more special. Overall, I was extremely happy with the decor and the service. Sanjay was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Even after the wedding, guests kept talking about how beautiful everything looked. If you’re looking for a wedding decorator who truly cares and delivers amazing work, I highly recommend him!

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this beautiful property we were here for 2 weeks. Room was extraordinary clean and Aditya and Veera they were just phenomenal. They were on spot for any extra requests as we have a young baby with us . The restaurant staff was great the food was awesome can’t complain for any thing we have tried almost all the outlets and amenities the hotel has to offer from spa to Rooftop bar. And everything was just amazing the the hotel staff was incredible. Thank you

The location is fantastic—close to attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great city view. The bed was comfortable, but the shower’s water pressure could be better. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh options and attentive service.
