Room was good and location was also good but the staff of the hotel are very rude in nature and about the food. Food is average not too good. If you order any food they will bring it in an hour and while eating a lunch or dinner you cannot wait for food for one hour. I ordered rice, the staff told me i have to check he didn't confirmed me i am bringing your rice and he bought that rice after half an hour, mine food was over before 15 mins after that he bought i told him i will not pay for this then in reception they were behaving rudely that you have to pay once you ordered doesn't get canceled. Worst experience

Hotel could be easily located and situated opposite d-mart, so easy to find, but hotel has no parking space. Rooms were small and congested, quite tight-spaced for a couple, including the bathrooms. Only one room we booked had a table to have food inside the room while the other one did not. Hot water not available in the bathroom. Rooms were not provided with dental kits or hand towels, although when asked for it we were provided the same. However, staff was quite helpful and well mannered throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was average with not many options for nonveg, but the items changed on a daily basis so variety was good. Thankfully, outside food is allowed. No amenities for games or other indoor activities such as swimming pool.

It's a good hotel, services can be improved little more. I feel in that location, this hotel serves good recall factor, this is my third stay. Mr. Praveen was helpful in getting my concerns addressed.

They charged me extra for a room i had booked for seven days. However, the last day of booking was on a different day, so they refused to let my friend stay in the same room. To clarify, i had been staying with my friend for the entire seven days. Since the booking was different, they didn’t allow my friend to stay in the same room and charged us 1, 600 inr for accommodating an extra guest (they claimed the room was too small for two people, which doesn’t make sense since i had been staying with my friend. Another issue i encountered was that they accused me of breaking the tv and began demanding that i pay for the damages. I am deeply disappointed with the staff. The property is good, but the staff is terrible and doesn’t speak proper english except for a few individuals.
