The hotel in the photos looks great, but the reality is different.
In general quite shabby, especially compared to the photos. The rooms were somewhat dirty, some dead cockroaches in the hotel hallway, our room with mosquitoes. The beds with clean sheets and clean towels, the only thing

The hotel has a very unpleasant damp smell - is noisy - the location is difficult to find - the stairs to the reception hall are difficult - there is no security guard to carry luggage - if you are a female guest going up to the hotel, how can you carry your luggage? won't come back

No proper hygiene and poor services seems to be poor toiletries and sheets with stains. No cleanliness and not recommended for official stay seems be an hourly hotel and no breakfast facility food quality is pathetic had to order from outside

It was the worst stay ever. The hotel is just 1 single floor while pictures show its multi-storey type. 2. the staff don’t have basic etiquette’s of how to talk with customers. 3. Rooms were Dirty. Furniture was torn chair cover was torn. 4. most of the time Breafast area was so small it’s was very difficult to stand there. 5. Torn towel . 6. Dirty balcony. Broken bed rest with Fungus. . Broken washroom partition

It was just terrible. Hygiene wise if i speak, cockroaches all over the place, i asked to king size bed and what they did was joined two small beds together which was uncomfortable.
