Very good experience with friendly and helpful staff at Mumbai house.housekeeping team was excellent displaying amazing ownership and follow up skills.highly recommend the professionalism and customer service skills of the manager and supervisor.i will surely recommend to friends and family as its also safe place and pollution free & noise free hotel.

Pros: Very nice room with decent interior. Staffs are always there with a smile on their faces. Location wise, it's very good, 15 mins walking distance from Airoli Railway station and office buildings like Mindspace. In house restaurant : Breakfast was complimentary and we would go there daily to have breakfast and we would always find Sarika with a warm smile on her face greeting us and wishing us a good morning. She has amazing hosting skills. Cons: If you are staying for a longer period , it seems some of the staffs start taking you for granted. I must say not all are like that but some are. We had to call the housekeeping team , Reception multiple times for drinking water at night. When we asked for 3 plates for dinner , they sent 1 instead of 3 and this happened multiple times. We were staying for a longer period , so we opted for the in- house laundry services which I must say is pretty expensive. Two days later , we got our clothes back , just pressed and not cleaned. No smell of detergent was there. I escalated this to which the housekeeping staff quickly understood the issue, took the clothes back for cleaning and also said , they will offer the services as complimentary. However , my husband denied to take complimentary services in this case as they did clean and press it the second time properly but ideally , this issue shouldn't have happened in the first place. Overall , it's a 3.5 star rating I would give for the mixed experiences that we had.

Great team work done by all members.specially from sagar Rahul.view was good of hotel . Amit sir good and he makes good quality food for us . Sharika mam also good . Reception mangment also good ,at 10 floor.house keeping team is fantastic always recive phone calls and mange better things . I really appreciate all team members of hotel mumbai house Airoli
