Sir, it was a very unpleasant experience sending our key business guests to your hotel, we booked two rooms for two guests, the rate with bkfst and without was more then rs. 1000- but still for guest convenience we booked it. The front desk denied breakfast inspite of confirmation voucher shown and understood well. Later after order around 9am it took almost 2 hours to bring it. To our surprise on checkout bill for bkfst was presented.
