We stayed a few days at Mariott Navi mumbai. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable as the hotel accommodation is new and well appointed. I want to emphasize how professional, kind and helpful the staff at Marriot Kochin and especially at Mariot Navi Mumbai too have been while staying at the hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed dinning at the restaurants, and want to thank all of them for their dedication. A special thank you to Misters Sauran, Niraj and Payel who s service and dedication went beyond what is expected even of a luxury hotel. See you again

His knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Every dish was served with care and precision, and Saurabh ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs made the experience truly seamless. Whether it was refilling our glasses at the perfect moment or checking in to see if we were enjoying our meal, his hospitality was impeccable. Had an amazing breakfast buffet at Marriott Turbhe with my family, and it was an absolute delight! The spread was extensive, offering a perfect mix of Indian and continental options, from fresh fruits and juices to live counters serving hot dosas and omelets. The quality and taste of the food were top-notch, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Sujjan, Saurabh and Niraj for their exceptional hospitality—they truly made the experience memorable with their attentive service. Also, a big thanks to Heemali for ensuring our visit was comfortable and seamless.
