Property is well maintained. Housekeeping is good. Location is fine. But they dont have in house catering services. Needs many more upgradations as this is new property.

Location: great
food: they don't have kitchen, but provide room service from nearby hotels. Buffet breakfast is so so. Amenities: ok, servics: quite professional and prompt. All staff are well trained and very supportive and well behaved. The hotel is well maintained and nest&clean. Overall experience: this hotel seems to be the best hotel of kalyan. So, you have very little option.

Gurudev grand was really a grand hotel for stay in main location. Staffs were very good, hospitality. I stayed for 2 days. Was a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Stayed for one night on business trip. Location & accessibility- easy
ambience- very good
cleanliness- excellent room size - spacious breakfast- good
overall a very good hotel. But tv was not in operation. Though reception person promised to start it, but did not happen. Breakfast time 8 am, though was told as 7. 30 am. So if one is planning for early start of the day, it can be concern. Room service is from the restaurant in the same premises, hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. Rated as 3, due to absence of very basic- tv operation.

Absolutely not worth at the cost i have paid. There is in-house no room service that can serve food 24x7. No proper accommodation for drivers in spite of additional charges on top of price mention on mm t

We traveled from Ireland and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Fabulous soft beds, lovely high quality hotel and very good vegetarian restaurant in hotel. All excellent value for money, with helpful staff. Good venue for weddings.
