We stayed here 3 days and it's not a cheap hotel, small room, toilet etc. Then you have to inform the reception regarding cleaning, it's not enough to hang your "ready for cleaning " sign on your door, we only had breakfast here, first morning was alright, the chef was ready to make eggs as you ordered, the next 2 days was a different staff, there wasn't any service at all, prioritising to prepare trays for guests having breakfast in their rooms, instead of serving the guests, that actually eat the restaurant, arrogance in my opinion. We will not return to this hotel again.

Zimmer war i.O. nur zur Straßenseite nie wieder, der Zug fährt die ganze Nacht auch am WE die Schranken nerven. Das Peronal ist unfreundlich und nicht professionell, machen den Eindruck als sie keine Lust haben. Wir waren als Gruppe angereist ( Klassentreffen) Organisation vom Personal war katastrophal. Wir hatten einen Raum angemietet mit Abendessen in Buffettform. Das war das schlechteste Buffet was ich je erlebt habe. Und das für 37,- Euro pro Person! Fazit- NIe wieder !

Zimmer waren gut aber nicht zur Straßenseite Züge fahren Tag und Nacht und die Schranke ist nervig. Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten am Abend ein Raum gemietet mit Buffett. Der Service war schlecht, es war nichts organisiert, dass Buffett war der Lacher, Geschmacklich total schlecht, die Auswahl Note 6 ( man beachte den Preis 37,- Euro pro Person ) Service war bis 0:00 Uhr gebucht... ab 22:30 Uhr kein Service mehr vorhanden!

Tolles Hotel, super aufmerksames Personal. Einfach wünschenswert , wären mehr Hotels so serviceorientiert und freundlich wie das hier. Fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Wunderbar! Einfach buchen Leute 😀

Schönes, modernes Hotel günstig gelegen. Bahnhof, Therme und die Lifte/ Wanderwege Richtung Hexentanzplatz und Rosstrappe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine Rooftopbar, im Winter leider etwas klein, wenn das Wetter passt aber mit Außenbereich. Wir hatten für drei Nächte eine schöne Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester.

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende da. Das Hotel liegt schön zentral. Bahnhof, Seilbahnen, Therme und Zentrum in der Nähe. der Empfang war freundlich. Das gebuchte Zimmer war modern, sauber und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt auf Verlangen unter Verweis auf Nachhaltigkeit. Leider musste die Anforderungskarte an die Rezeption bis 9 Uhr gebracht werden. Ein außen an die Tür hängen, wäre gut. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber okay. Abendessen musste dringend reserviert werden. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Die Karte und die Speisen sind sehr einfach gehalten. Irgendwie nichts Besonderes. Was gestört hat, war das dauernde anzicken der Bedienungen durch den Koch. Vielleicht hat es aber auch zur Show gehört oder zum "offene Küche"-Konzept. Wer's glaubt... Insgesamt passt Preis und Leistung nicht ganz zusammen.
