While this place is a little off the beaten path it is practically a brand new hotel!! Very clean and nice! Breakfast was included and very good. For value and comfort this place is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Amazing location and great view from my balcony ! There are quite a few of cafes and restos around, walkable distance from Baangawat which is a cultural hub with young local handcraft booths and vegetarian café. Walkable distance to Wat Ram Poeng, cozy monestery with vipassana for locals and foreign visitors. Enjoyed the view from my balcony of the mountain of Doi Suthep :) enjoyed a nice dip in the pool too~ Nice neat stay with reasonable price. Thanks so much!

The villa is located in the scenic area of ​​Weigonggan Ancient City. A total of 4 bedrooms, 1 queen rooms on the first floor and 3 queen rooms on the second floor. This is a brandnew hotel from the Nantra chain that has approximately 15 hotels. Be aware that on some booking sites the location is not indicated correctly. As the name suggests it is definitely at the river and NOT near the airport. By the time of writing of this review the location on the map still is wrong. I arrived early in the hotel, but could check in anyway 15 minutes later. Guang, reception manager arranged this. She was a very helpfull staff member with a great sense of service during my short stay. In my opinion the quality of this hotel is of very good standard.. Excellent price/quality ratio. There was a special promotion. The staff did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Apart from Guang, also other staff (bell boy , housekeeping, reception, restaurant staff) always were very friendly and helpful. Language problems I did not encounter, though I heard some other people talk about this. Great thing : coming back from Doi Suthep, I activated the airco and it had a problem. It was just half an hour before my checkout, they inspected, which took about 15 minutes and it needed repair. Guanf offered me immediately another room and later checkout. Great service, I had more than enough time to shower and pack. The rooms definitely were of very good quality, as you may expect from a 4 star property. Great matrasses and pillows, very good bathrooms with great shower. Perfect airconditioning. View from my room was just to the street, but I guess the view from the rooms at the other side is much nicer. My only tiny negative point : there are no bedlights, so if you want to read you have to put on the big room light, so some reading lights would be a good idea. Cleanliness and hygiëne were excellent. The swimming pool was tiny and located strangely between a part of the building and the restaurant. I felt the temperature of the water, it was good: not to warm not to cold, so if you want to freshen up, it is very good. There is a nice garden, leading to the river. with seating options. Breakfast was ok, from a 4 star property you might expect a bit more, especially when it is about international dishes. But this might change, once the hotel gets more guest coming from other countries. Omelet or other kind of egg was prepared freshly. There was toast bread, nfortunately no wholewheat bread. And as usual : there was yoghurt but only with added sugar. I wonder why. There are more and more guests who want to eat yoghurt with natural flavour and without added sugar. Coffee was good, because it came not from a tank but was freshly prepared, cup by cup. All in all the breakfast was ok, but it could do with some more variety and ameliorations. Location is ok, but if you definitely want to be on walking distance from the Night Bazar, this might be not your place. If you don't mind taking the red cabs that frequently come along, the trip is just a few minutes ( 30 baht for 1 person). So if you prefer a quiet and relaxing locatio

Regarding the hotel being named with an “airport”, it is still a bit far from the airport (at least it’s 30 min on foot), so you’re gonna need to rely on a cab which is not the most affordable mode of transportation. The hotel room is decent with good toiletries. You need to give 500 Baht deposit, though. Also, there are two B2 buildings - one deluxe & and standard - make sure you tell the taxi driver correctly.

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower,the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up. The room is not soundproof enough. can hear people talking outside and neighbours all the time. Cleanliness:Good Overall :an overpriced hotel

Small hotel near Chiang Mai Airport The rooms are clean, quiet. Ensuite bathroom 1 But the room is not very wide 2 Overall worth the price that is very cheap. Downstairs there is a coffee shop. Good taste available If coming to Chiang Mai, recommend this place. And near the airport, the road is easy

Stayed for 5days, welcoming & friendly staffs esp. the manager & servers during breakfast. Location is superb, surrounded by many eateries and night bazaar is just around the corner. Room is clean although abit wore out, bed & pillow is comfy. The open air bistro is lively at night with reasonable price.

Good accommodation meets the standard of B2 hotels chain, the room is not small but not big in the room decorated with typical B2 bare cement, which gives a rather dark, dark and dim mood. Wua Lai Walking Street, which is a short walk from the hotel, in the air-conditioned room, reasonably cool, the shower water flows strongly. The room condition is not very clean, which needs to be improved in this. Another thing is that the parking lot is very little, if you have to bring your own car, it is not recommended, even if it is a day with a walking street as well, and you don't have to find a parking space at all. Overall, the service is good, although the room is a bit dirty, but it is forgiven. The staff are smiling and willing to give The service of the night security guards, good-natured, polite and arranged for parking, if there is a chance, they will go back to stay again, but want to improve the cleanliness to be better.
