Realice la reservación un mes antes, y una semana antes llame para confirmar y me dijeron que no aparecia mi reservacion, sin embargo, me llamarian mas tarde... y no fue asi.... al ver la falta de respuesta, tuve que reservar en otro lugar.... un dia antes me llamaron para confirmar mi llegada a lo cual , les comente que me habian dicho que no aparecia en reservacion una semana antes, por lo que me vi en la necesidad de reservar en otro hotel.

Todo el personal es súper amable, el hotel está limpio, nos resguardaron nuestras cosas mientras era la hora del check todo estaba intacto, pedí que me comprarán algo en la tienda y fueron sin peros

Excelente hotel, súper amplio, el personal muy atento y cálido, habitación muy uena, tiene cocineta y microondas con frigobar, el baño remodelado y amplio. El mejor lugar en Teziutlán sin duda y ubicadisimo, a una calle bancos, tiendas, caminando el parque y los famosos pollos Mazatepec a la vuelta.
