I enjoyed my stay here- room looked like it was recently remodeled- There was no Carpet and my room smelt like fresh paint. I appreciated that things had been updated. I read through some of the reviews prior to staying here and was a little nervous. My bed was comfortable and I was able to have a good nights sleep here. Thank you Econo Lodge, Texarkana for a comfortable stay!

This is a roadside motel not a five star resort. I’m basing my review on what it offers for its price point. The bed is comfortable with clean sheets. The A/C is fantastic - it was off when we entered but very quickly cooled the room when switched on. The bathroom is spotless and functional. It seems to be a busy motel based on the number of cars in the lot but it’s still quiet and feels safe. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in was probably the quickest of any place I’ve ever stayed. Would absolutely recommend for a budget stay.

Spacious comfortable bed. Unique suite with jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near all restaurants and Interstate access. The hospitality the staff offers is the true southern representation. Manners and accents on full display. Careful what we ask for, staff went out of there way to accommodate

The mortal was very nice. Room was decent for the price clean and tidy. Facilities are basic in the vending machine could be better stocked. Domain complement would have to be for the staff I found them very polite and friendly which was nice.

Stayed here 1 night while visiting friends in Texarkana. Nice 1st floor room; easy access to my car. Room & bath were clean and neat. Front desk staff was helpful, accommodating and courteous. A/C & heat worked well (though I couldn't make it work on "constant fan", so it cycled on/off all night). Cellphone signal was very good, as well as their Wi-Fi signal...easy to set-up. Conveniently located on Stateline Blvd., so you're close to restaurants, shops, and Interstate 30. Just a couple of things kept it from a 5-star rating for me...no ice in the ice machine (running, but no ice), mattress was a bit uncomfortable (hard in the middle & soft on both sides), crazy placement of toilet paper dispenser (BEHIND toilet & hard to reach for paper!), and no satellite TV in the morning (not a big issue, but I wanted to check the weather for travel advisories). This is a budget hotel, but it suited me fine...they have cameras throughout the property, and front desk is watching 24/7. I felt safe, and I was not worried about my car; plenty of light in the parking area & around hotel. When in the area again, I'll be booking a room here!
