Pros: price is good, staff was courteous, check in was easy, bed was comfortable. Cons:door viewer had been removed, leaving a hole in the door that needs a paper towel stuck in it. The privacy latch was broken and did not function, smoke detector did not appear to be working (questions 1 did it have batteries, 2 was it wired to a fire alarm system, 3 did it even function?) Mandatory information with fire escape plan was not posted in the room as required by law, broken furniture, no tv guide, remote did not work, the level of cleanliness in the room was so poor that I did not want to touch anything or use the facilities, the drapes were nasty with questionable stains on them, A/C was very noisy, the gfci plug appeared to be dangerous, the safety plate did not fit properly and given the condition of the front door we chose not to use for safety precautions. This is being advertised as a Wyndham family hotel but felt more like a rent-by-the-hour seedy motel! We will never stay here again!!

Me and my co-worker stayed last night. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great access to motorway. Good BBQ restaurant next door. Check in manager was nice person. Gave us ground level floor l. Since we were hauling long trailers. It is safe place to stay in Texarkana. We will stay again.

Had got a deal on this hotel. It wasnt the worst but definitely not the best. The room had a funny smell. I had informed the lady at the front desk that I had a small child, but she still put me upstairs. Besides that it was a pretty good stay.
