During my recent stay, I was informed that breakfast and dinner services at the pub next door would not be available prior to my arrival. It is somewhat disappointing that a hotel of your size does not have a cook to provide these meals. As a frequent user of your hotels through Business Booker, I expected better. On the morning of February 18, 2025, I was offered a continental breakfast due to the absence of a cook, yet I was charged the full price for breakfast. Additionally, on the evening of February 19, 2025, I had to drive to a local pub to obtain my evening meal.
