Hotel was ideally situated for me, the room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed that night due to staff shortages, so I had to drive out to get a meal. However there is a pub that serves good food just a few minutes drive away, but it would have been better if I had been able to eat in.

During my recent stay, I was informed that breakfast and dinner services at the pub next door would not be available prior to my arrival. It is somewhat disappointing that a hotel of your size does not have a cook to provide these meals. As a frequent user of your hotels through Business Booker, I expected better. On the morning of February 18, 2025, I was offered a continental breakfast due to the absence of a cook, yet I was charged the full price for breakfast. Additionally, on the evening of February 19, 2025, I had to drive to a local pub to obtain my evening meal.

HOTEL no problem friedly helpful staff. We Took the meal deal dont bother. Ordered drink and food evening not busy there.Took 20 mins fo drink to arrive .Waited another 30 mins no food other people served and almost finished.So asked 5 mins later she came back said they had lost our order so said we wait 10 more mins she came back and told me no pie left so ordered steak 25ins later still no food so went to kitchen when i got there she is on her mobil leaning on dish rack.The food is under the lamps waiting to come out to us.Then when she did bring it out 5 mins later she delivered the sauce for steak and just dumped it on table.I could go on but you dont need to now anymore your choice to come here.But breakfast was luke warm ended up with toast.

Facilities that lived up to expectations and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of car parking spaces and the location close to main routes made it a great overnight stay. First impressions when booking in were not great due to the miserable and indifferent attitude of the woman on reception. A smile would go along way not treated as a nuisance.

Stayed here before, and got typical PI experience. This time from the get go terrible. Long queue to check in one lady at reception. Room had hint of damp smell Dinner - bullet style garlic mushrooms, warm salad, burnt garlic bread lasagna straight out of industrial microwave was dangerously hot not to say tasteless. bathroom sink plug broken so no useable sink.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Great night sleep as usual with Premier Inn. Room was quite a walk to get to but was OK. Breakfast was very good and unlike other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at breakfast was a plated service rather than buffet.

I had invited a few friends from work to join me for leaving drinks and bar snacks. When they found out the manager arrived for a Christmas table for all of us with complimentary wine. We were treated like Kings and Queens with no notice and no booking. It made my day and everyone commented that it was a great evening. I would like to personally thank Nicky, Maddy, Leah and Brittney. They are four lovely ladies xxx

Stayed here many times over the years ..great location and base for visiting local attractions..for us also Cheltenham raced..Good clean and spacious rooms ...handy bus service into Cheltenham also... Tewkesbury is also close by and has some good local pubs shops and restaurants..oh and not forgetting the magnificent Tewkesbury Abbey..
