We had a lovely weekend staying at this hotel. The place is beautiful and great for a weekend of relaxing in your couple. After seeing some of the bad reviews we were quite nervous but the stay was overall great! The only two comments we had was that the place is really understaffed, the friendly girl at check in was great, but she seemed very stressed as she was doing pretty much everything which left some of our questions unanswered. Another comment, at breakfast we were not seated nor spoken a word to by the waiter in the room, and we had no idea that you could order cooked breakfast, so that would have been nice to know! However, there was a young Spanish bar tender around the pool and he was fantastic, really polite, and he made our experience. Other than that, the whole experience was lovely and we would definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful hotel rooms were beautiful staff were really lovely The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is breakfast was very nice but waited long time for orders and seem to run out of milk coffee ect But for sure this would not put us of staying again a beautiful relaxing place

We booked in for 2 nights and celebrated a friend’s 50th birthday at this hotel The hotel and staff were fantastic, we reserved twins rooms and each room large twin beds. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet, child free holiday.

Spent a week here in a junior suite. Lady who was supposed to show us around the hotel really couldn’t be bothered and made no attempt to help my wife with her suitcase despite her obvious disability. Had to find the breakfast room ourselves. Nice room but no WiFi which eventually they solved but still 2 days without it. Tried to fob us off with an inferior room with better WiFi which we tried but got locked out of with all our belongings and my wife’s medication inside. Staff couldn’t get in also and ended up breaking the door open. Back to original room! Unable to stream in the tv for most of the time we were there. Also pool wasn’t cleaned regularly and we found big clumps of hair in it. In short this hotel charges premium prices for a very shoddy experience.

My wife and I stayed here last week for the first time, i have to say it was quite simply the best hotel we have ever been to. Everything is amazing, from the room, bed, pool area, restaurant, breakfast and very nice friendly staff. We look forward to visiting again, and highly recommend this beautiful gem of a hotel. I felt like a film star with the hotel all to myself. Enjoyed sitting by the pool, reading my script and watching films. The breakfast was magnificent. Our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds stunning.
