I had booked this hotel in January after my marriage to chill out for a day. I informed the hotel that it is my honeymoon and they went out of their way to decorate our room with roses and red balloons and other beautiful accessories. Both my wife and I were pleasently surprised. We had to go back there as soon as possible. So we booked a room for the past couple of days. The Front office team is very polite and helpful, always greeted with a smile. The Ramadan buffet was also very nice, from Moroccan pastries to Italian pizzas. The buffet had several options, even some vegetarian options. A special thank you to Mr.Benchama the general manager of the hotel for also being so hospitable. Overall this hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel, the staff gives you a 5 star treatement. THANK YOU HOTEL PRESTIGE

We booked this hotel as we had an intermediate stop. Clean and well looked after hotel. Friendly staff. Having arrived late in the evening we decide to order dinner in the room; only after 20 minutes it was delivered to us and it was really good. Breakfast starting at 7.30, not too abundant but not bad.

Almost at the entrance to Tetouan. Superb brand new hotel. Right next to a gas pump. Vast and well decorated. In beautiful warm colors. Very kind “Moroccan style” welcome with sweet mint tea. Very nice rooms. Clean spacious. Air-conditioned. Beautiful sober decoration. Very good bedding. Very pleasant sanitary facilities. Super nice shower. Possibility of Hamam and Turkish baths. Guarded parking. Very unstable WiFi. From time to time: good then suddenly very slow. And cuts out completely sometimes. Likewise, the satellite TV had 600 channels but did not work. An intervention by the guard allowed operation for 1 hour. Then no channel available after that. Came back down to request an intervention. “Someone’s going to come.” But we never saw anyone again. And no TV channel was possible. Likewise: Possibility of dining on site. " At any time ". “Including during Ramadan.” We are told we have reception. But obviously in the evening we go down at 7:30 p.m.: “Not possible. not before 8:30 p.m. because “Ramadan. ". So we went down at 8:30 p.m. for dinner. Order taken. Dishes brought 1 hour later. No drinks. No olives brought. Table remained empty. For 1 hour. On the menu: anchovy tagine but “there’s none”. Couscous. (It’s Friday in fact). But “there’s no”. Pineapple or date juice. “There isn’t either because “The machine “exploded” we are told. Breakfast possible from 7:30 a.m. Very reasonable price. Because we paid €45 per night. Breakfast included. The hotel is 20-30 minutes walk from the medina (possibility of beautiful underground parking El Fenna if you want to get closer) and 20 minutes from M’Diq. The room is very comfortable, bright, clean, quiet and large. Mini fridge and “buffet” breakfast from 7 a.m. Well located, there are restaurants not far away and a crossroads.

I had a great holiday with a top go team, a top bar team, the village is magnificently beautiful, even if we walk a lot, I would like to thank the Animation Team, Monia, the animation manager, she makes us dance all day long at the games coffee she and very funny on the microphone a crazy machine and the two Ibras they are really good so I thank the choreographer Margaux thank you for this beautiful week.

I have come to Tetouan with my mother and my boyfriend, we have taken two rooms with breakfast included. The experience has been VERY good, kindness on the part of all the staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast and good location. We came as tourists, so we needed to rest to explore Tetouan and the surrounding area and we were able to do so thanks to the comfort of the hotel. They have made it a lot easier for us. Delighted with the visit. I recommend!
