Property Description
This 3700 sq/ft newly built custom home offers breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons that dominate the western skyline. With an additional 1400 sq/ft of wrap around outdoor patio complete with comfy seating and a hot tub, you'll be able to experience the grandeur of the peaks & scenery from the coziness of the indoors or while enjoying the fresh clean air of the Teton Valley.
Located just minutes from a variety of outdoor activities, and an easy, scenic drive to Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson Hole.
A little bit about the space:
Newly built in 2023 and located on 3.2 acres on what is known as “the quiet side of the Tetons”. There are other homes in sight, but the properties are spread out, so you’ll be able to enjoy privacy and relaxation.
On the main level, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner propane range, wine fridge and comfortable bar top seating for 6. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware and everything you need to prepare a gourmet home cooked meal. There are 2 dining tables with enough seating for the whole crew.
The large primary bedroom is custom built around the main attraction – the view! There is a king bed distinctively positioned to enjoy a picture perfect view of the sunrise over the Tetons, an attached bathroom with double sinks and a beautifully designed steam shower.
Along with 2 more private bedrooms, each with queen beds, the main floor offers a spacious living, a second bathroom and a large laundry room.
Downstairs in the fully finished walk-out basement there are 2 private bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles (day bed style).
There is also a section of the living room that is curtained off with 2 sets of bunk beds. The large open living room has another large TV, game table, ping pong table and comfy seating to hang out and relax. All with plenty of natural light and of course, a view of the Tetons!
A few unique and interesting features of the home:
The majority of the artwork is all original hand paintings from the owner’s grandmother. The canvases were found in an attic and were able to be brought back to life and beautifully displayed to set the tone throughout the home. Many pieces of the furniture are also over 150 years old. While there are vintage pieces, there is no lack of luxury and top of the line features to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable with all the comforts of home.
Although Teton Valley is best known for adventure and relaxation its nice to have modern connivences nearby. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ski shops, bike shops, fly fishing outfitters, gas stations, liquor stores and pubs are plentiful.
This is a great place to stay while you visit the National Parks with convenient access to multiple entrances.
