FFeihuapiaoxuEnvironment: Not bad, in a roadside resort, less than one kilometer away from the center of the town, the layout is quite 🈶 characteristic, and it is quiet.
Hygiene: So-so, especially bedding and toiletries.
Service: OK.
Facilities: Not bad, there is a kitchen, the room is not too compact, and it is no problem to stay for one night

Next time, remember to ask for a room close to the swimming pool. Self-driving parking is at the door of the room, the waiter is responsive, warm and thoughtful!

DDaofeng006The town of Jackson surprised me. The hotel is on the edge of the town, a little far from the center of the town, but the decoration of the hotel also adheres to the style of the town. It is very comfortable and comfortable to live in. After playing in Yellowstone, this small town should have to stay for a few days. The vision of rich Americans is still very unique. By the way, I would like to give you a suggestion. After playing in West Yellowstone, go to Grand Teton National Park. There is a hotel in it. If you can’t book it, it will be a must-see attraction. You must visit it. enjoyable.

GGuest UserStarting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

GGuest UserExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

GGuest UserBook a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

JJeaneI've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real ”curb appeal,” but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

KKevin Boliang- Convenient location 3 min walk from Target and food options. No elevator to second floor though.
- Very clean room and bathroom (looks like a new establishment). Although size is small but it is more than enough.
- Kitchenette included. Air con / heater functioning well. Only issue is doesn’t come with hairdryer unless requested from front desk.
- Door requires alittle push to lock. 1 of 2 keycards were not working
Nonetheless, surprisingly enjoyable stay.

NnordinyOverall, I had a good experience staying at the Super 8 in Jackson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. One of the highlights for me was the 24/7 free-flowing coffee in the lobby – a real bonus!
The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to town and nearby attractions.
The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so carrying luggage to upper floors might be a challenge for some. Still, everything else made up for it, and I’d happily stay here again.
