We had the family suite, the most expensive room in the hotel. The bathroom is a disaster — on the second-to-last night, cockroaches appeared. We decided to leave. The shower leaks and gets clogged. The lack of maintenance makes you feel misled by the photos. The current state of the room has nothing to do with the photos. Maintenance is very poor. The room is not well insulated — you can hear everything from outside. One of the windows is even broken. Personally, I need Wi-Fi to work, and the room had no signal. They tried to fix it with a repeater, but the bandwidth was so low it was impossible to use. Rocky tries to solve the problems, but when he can’t, he just blames the owner and says there's nothing more he can do. Breakfast is low quality. For example, the juices weren’t fresh. I want to finish by pointing out that the night cost us €100. For that price, we had much better accommodation in Lombok. Most importantly: do not book the family suite room.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We stayed here 2 nights too see the waterfalls and rice fields. The hotel has a beautiful infinity pool. The food is excellent! The special noodle soup and chicken curry are recommendations. Had a real good time here

Only ‘real’ hotel in Tetebatu, other places are home stays. We chose this place mainly since they have AC. Very service minded and friendly and helpful. Sandi did a lot of great stuff for us. The guide Jalal was also excellent. Room is clean and good for being in the middle of the jungle. This is not a 5 star resort but it’s nice. 10min walk to nearby Warungs. Close to all attractions. Perhaps food could be improved a little bit, compared to other Warungs.

Les photos sont trompeuses et nous n’imaginions pas un tel état de délabrement et globalement de la saleté un peu partout donc nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel !! Personne ne nous avait prévenu que de gros travaux étaient en cours dans l’établissement et cela a été très gênant lors de notre séjour et à priori cela risque de durer !! Chose positive : le personnel très gentil et un guide proposé sur place qui a été génial

Het hotel is op zich niet heel bijzonder. Echter het personeel en met name de manager Rocky, maakten ons verblijf hier erg plezierig! Alles werd met een brede glimlach geregeld!
