It’s the perfect mix of historic charm and modern luxury. The rooms are gorgeous—super cozy and beautifully designed with a Southwest feel that doesn’t feel overdone. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details, like the art and furnishings. It’s one of those places where you feel right at home but still totally spoiled. The food? Incredible. The SkyFire restaurant serves up amazing dishes with fresh, local ingredients. Whether it’s breakfast with a view or a romantic dinner, every meal feels special. You’ll want to try everything on the menu. And if you’re into relaxing, the spa is a must. The treatments are inspired by local traditions, and it’s such a peaceful escape. Plus, there’s no shortage of activities—hiking, horseback riding, fly fishing, yoga—you name it. The property itself is huge and perfect for exploring, or just soaking in the stunning scenery. What really makes the place stand out is the staff. They’re so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Overall, Bishop’s Lodge is one of those places you don’t forget. Whether you’re there to chill, explore, or celebrate something special, it’s got everything you need for an amazing getaway. From the second you arrive you were treated so wonderfully the staff is excellent. They only are here to make your experience that much better. The rooms are absolutely beautiful as the property is stunning the pool and hot tub are excellent. The fitness center is also really great they also have complementary house cards that will take you anywhere in the vicinity. We also hikedon the property, which was stunning highly highly recommend this resort

This was our first time to Bishop’s Lodge. What an amazing property. The staff, everywhere we went, were top notch. Hailey, our adventure concierge, had everything handled when we got here, and had a printed itinerary with a welcome note when we arrived. She knew it was our 30th wedding anniversary and made our celebration so special. Including some surprise desserts waiting in the room for us. And another from Rebecca and Claire with a nice note on our last night. We took advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. Minus the “activities”, it wasn’t that kind of trip. We just wanted to relax. But it looked like plenty to do. I had a massage at the spa and Georgianna was so good. One of the best massages. Highly recommend! The spa, although amazing, was not a traditional spa experience. I only say this in case you book the spa during a “girls trip”. The spa is a converted guest suite with a common area to wait for your treatment, but not a sauna, hot tub, steam room situation where everyone can spend the day in and out of services. Still HIGHLY recommend, just setting expectations. We went to the pool twice and the staff there was excellent. Lunch is available to order. They also offer a frozen drink special of the day that was delicious. Such a great experience. We had dinner the first night at Sky Fire at the bar and watched the sunset. I enjoyed the tortilla soup and Chad had the bison sliders. The next day we had lunch on the patio and it was even better. The chef is excellent!!! Cauliflower tacos and shrimp toast. We also had a “grab and go” breakfast at two dogs cafe. Delicious and the coffee was out of this world. A few of the mornings we enjoyed room service so we could sit on our patio. The food arrived very hot and the order was perfect. Rare for room service. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! For our Friday night at the Santa Fe Opera, the chef made us a picnic basket so we could “tailgate”. Definitely a must-do! Besides our opera and dinner at Geronimo, we didn’t leave the property for 4 days, and could’ve have been happier! Thank you to EVERYONE here for making this such a special time for us. XOXO

Prior to arrival I’ve contacted the concierge for help and I got a response once I send the information requested back I never received a follow up. Check in was good and the room was nice. The problems started when we ordered room service and we realized the food went to the wrong room, thankfully we were seating outside. A few hours later when we went to take a shower the shower wouldn’t drain when we call for help we had the same problem we had with the food. We again ordered room service for breakfast and gave the heads up with the room problem at this point we figure out that the phone was having an issue appearing we were calling from a different room. Before we left for the day we contacted them about the phone issue. We were out until about 5 pm. When we can back we realized once again the phone issue wasn’t fix. They send someone at that point which couldn’t solve the issue he would have to come back at that point we didn’t wanted to keep being bothered less than 24 hrs had multiple service calls when they had plenty of time in the morning for them to fix the issue. We were in a cross country trip and this was the absolute worst service we experienced. We didn’t even get a simple apology for all the trouble. Do yourself a favor and pick many of the other great hotel options in Santa Fe. They get 3 starts because of how pet friendly it was and the nice room.

Another incredible experience with Auberge. The service from start to finish was laudable. The scenery was marvelous. Food options delectable. The spa staff and service was exceptional. We took our child and they curated the room for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation. Can’t wait for the next one!

Fantastic. Beautiful property, great room. Staff was awesome and the valet was great. Fleet of Mercedes available to use and drivers to take you wherever you want to go in town. Sky fire restaurant was beautiful with great service. Food was good, not great.
