I never could figure out the air conditioner/ furnace. it tan all the time no matter what I set the thermostat on. 63 degrees is what I like. Blower would switch between heat and air conditioning without ever stopping. I intended to mention it at the desk upon departure but the thought was not with me at the time. They have some fine ladies working the reception desk, Barbra and Kimmy. I had a problems understanding why this Holiday Inn would not allow me to use points for payment on this stay and also on one a few months previously. When making reservations on the web site it was listed as NO REWARDS NIGHTS AVAILABLE, with no reason noted. Barbra and Kimmy explained to me that there is a limited quota for rewards nights allowed at each hotel. When that quota is reached, no other customers may use points. That was news to me and I appreciate that they kindly explained the system. I or my wife stays here once or twice a year and we like the hotel, it's location to St. louis, and all the fine people working there.

I've lived here 5 months now, and thought it was time to write a review..The Staff is Friendly and Caring, the rooms are Nice with Full size Refrigerators and Microwaves, parking lot is Well Lit and Spacious, Laundry facility is Always clean, the beds are Comfortable.I did have a problem accessing my room, but the Staff were on it Right Away and replaced the Card Reader Mechanism--Other than that, NO Problems..I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for Travelers and/or people looking for an 'Apartment Style' Hotel for an Extended Residence.

I'm very happy with the room Kris assigned to me. Most importantly, he provides excellent customer service. I called ahead of time, and Kris went up to make sure my room was cool and that everything was in good working order. I was also pleasantly surprised when he realized I was a Diamond Select Member. As a result, he greeted me with the Diamond Select gift without my asking because I was unaware of this gracious gesture. The gift bag includes water and a snack.
