We spent in hotel Erica five nice nights. We love Italian cuisine, but we finally booked just 'bed & breakfast'. This is not complain, but more sorrow - Italian dinner is usually quite late (I had lot of discussion with my Italian colleagues what is the 'right' time for dinner, but the view of central European is very different than view of Italians), therefore we organized dinners on our own. Regarding breakfasts, we were more than satisfied. Big positive is as well Spa basics as part of accommodation price (no additional payment). We used every day heated outdoor pool, whirlpool and different types of saunas (available are classical Finnish dry sauna, Turkish steam sauna and aroma sauna). All the staff were absolutely perfect and helpful. So far it was only big positives, but there is one quite big negative - there is promoted that ski bus has stop in front of hotel, which is true, in reality it would be less than 100 m from the main entrance. But it's strictly forbidden to go in ski boots through the main entrance. It would be just two floors from the ski room by lift and two meters from the lift to the main entrance over the carpet. But you are forced to go in ski boots through the garage, which means more than doubled distance and not nice additional stairs on top. This unpleasant experience will start your every skiing day and it will end your every skiing day. As the skiing is usually the main purpose to go to Erica during winter this unpleasant rule can be really something to be considered when selecting this accommodation. I asked what is the reason for this rule and answer was very simple ' it is as it is' .....

L'albergo, come tutti gli anni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, è sempre una certezza di qualità. Veramente tutto bello, dalla stanza con arredo nuovo e gradevole, al ristorante sempre con ottimi piatti; molto bella anche l'iniziativa della polenta del mercoledì cucinata all'aperto con assaggio prodotti tipici. Molto buono il centro benessere curato nei particolari. Un grazie ancora ad Anna e Giulia per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ritorneremo. Paolo e Paola

Hotel moderno ma allo stesso tempo con molti dettagli e uso di legno che personalmente adoro e lo rende ancora più bello. Zona bar ampia, comoda e arredato in maniera bellissima. Servizio ristorante eccellente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, cibo buonissimo e scelta buffet e menù semplicemente eccezionale. Spa bellissima, pulita e ordinata, piscina stupenda e anche area benessere. Trovo che tutto sia semplicemente perfetto. Zona tisaneria davvero coccola con tanto di "frase del giorno" , area relax ampia e con un panorama bellissimo. Camere spaziose, pulite, letti comodissimi e anche i cuscini. Siete semplicemente bravissimi. Si vede tutto il lavoro che fate e l amore e passione che avete. Potreste tranquillamente essere un 4 stelle o anche di più. Grazie infinite di questa bellissima esperienza. Vi ricorderemo sicuramente. Hotel bellissimo. stanze ampie e pulite. personale cordiale ottimo cibo e colazione super.. centro benessere ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a passeggio per la val di Fiemme. Ottimo anche perché accettano i cani... ritorneremo di sicuro.
