酒店非常好 環境優美 羣山環繞。服務也非常好。早餐也很好。洗手間特別大。床墊特別舒服。不是特別軟那種。由於大雨。酒店還同意我們提前退房一晚。真心非常感恩😇 下次還會再來。

We spent in hotel Erica five nice nights. We love Italian cuisine, but we finally booked just 'bed & breakfast'. This is not complain, but more sorrow - Italian dinner is usually quite late (I had lot of discussion with my Italian colleagues what is the 'right' time for dinner, but the view of central European is very different than view of Italians), therefore we organized dinners on our own. Regarding breakfasts, we were more than satisfied. Big positive is as well Spa basics as part of accommodation price (no additional payment). We used every day heated outdoor pool, whirlpool and different types of saunas (available are classical Finnish dry sauna, Turkish steam sauna and aroma sauna). All the staff were absolutely perfect and helpful. So far it was only big positives, but there is one quite big negative - there is promoted that ski bus has stop in front of hotel, which is true, in reality it would be less than 100 m from the main entrance. But it's strictly forbidden to go in ski boots through the main entrance. It would be just two floors from the ski room by lift and two meters from the lift to the main entrance over the carpet. But you are forced to go in ski boots through the garage, which means more than doubled distance and not nice additional stairs on top. This unpleasant experience will start your every skiing day and it will end your every skiing day. As the skiing is usually the main purpose to go to Erica during winter this unpleasant rule can be really something to be considered when selecting this accommodation. I asked what is the reason for this rule and answer was very simple ' it is as it is' .....

La struttura si presenta come il classico hotel trentino con un ampio parcheggio difronte all'Hotel. Hotel è posizionato dopo Tesero ed è facile da raggiungere. La struttura è molto grande e bella, le stanze ampie e con un bel bagno. Ottime le colazione con molta scelta che il ristorante. Ottima la posizione sia per chi vuole sciare che per passeggiate. Forse un piccolo neo è quello del centro benessere un po' piccolo e nel momento in cui ci sono tutti è un po' difficile goderselo.

Check in frettoloso senza alcuna spiegazione. Poca considerazione del cliente: alla reception, al bar e al desk della Spa trovi qualcuno se sei fortunato, e quando lo trovi qualsiasi legittima richiesta viene percepita come un disturbo, dalle consumazioni al kit del centro benessere. La temperatura degli ambienti comuni e dell’acqua delle piscine nella spa è bassa, Lo stesso dicasi della temperatura in camera: dopo la doccia per scaldarci abbiamo dovuto tenere acceso il phon. Nessuna possibilità di alzarla. Ci hanno detto che la tengono costante a 20 gradi anche d’inverno. Nel bagno in camera non c’è la doccia ma una vasca senza vetro né tenda, vi lasciamo immaginare la scomodità e l’allagamento; non Pensavamo che al giorno d’oggi fosse necessario dover richiedere formalmente un bagno con un minimo di confort. Tra le note positive: struttura molto carina, camere e ambienti comuni puliti, spaziosa taverna con calcio balilla e tavolo da ping pong e colazione eccellente peccato che dopo 10 minuti capelli e vestiti sanno da fritto. Nel complesso esperienza da non ripetere.

Questo hotel ci ha piacevolmente stupito sotto ogni aspetto: spazi ampi e sapientemente arredati, pulizia, cibo ottimo, gentilezza, proposte per escursioni e altre attività, centro benessere bellissimo. Non saprei che altro aggiungere se non che bisogna soggiornarvi per farsi coccolare a 360 gradi!

Siamo stati solo tre giorni in questo albergo, ma abbiamo respirato un' accoglienza famigliare. Bellissimo hotel soprattutto pulito e personale super gentile. Ottimo cibo, colazione ampia e deliziosa attenta anche alle esigenze dei più piccoli. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!!

Esperienza estremamente positiva. La cura dei dettagli, lo stile, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della famiglia Sturz, l'atomosfera e il cibo rendono questo hotel unico. Non siamo soliti tornare negli stessi posti, ma questo luogo ci è rimasto nel cuore e probabilmente il prossimo anno potremmo pensare di ripetere la vacanza all'hotel Erica. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la pulizia, le dimensione della camera, la qualità del cibo e la spa. Giudizio eccellente stra meritato.

Una bella struttura, nellla tranquilla località di Stava, gestita con passione e grande professionalità dalla famiglia Sturz. Molto bello il centro benessere, ottima la ristorazione, ben strutturate le camere e molto belli gli spazi comuni. Abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato sia in estate sia in inverno. È sempre un piacere ritornare!
