Berghotel Miramonti

I have been going to the Berghotel Miramonti for several years. This year I made a reservation at the last minute and they had only 5 days available. I didn't mind, I wanted to try the Rio Stava hotel. Here is comparison : - Rio stava is very nice hotel. But it is very large hotel. Berghotel Miramonti is more cozy. - Hotel Rio Stava does not have friendly staff. The Berghotel Miramonti has a family atmosphere. Bartender Daniel is super and friendly. The restaurant has a very nice staff Elizabeth and Fikret (he is really a great professional). Thanks Riccardo, Stefano and Francesco - food is something completely different. Berghotel Miramonti is like a Michelin-starred restaurant !!!!!! Rio state food is normal. The food was ordinary and tasteless. - The spa in Rio Stava are large, but you feel like you are in an aqua park. The spa at Berghotel Miramonti are smaller but cozy, tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, peaceful. Simply Berghotel Miramonti - The only benefit of the Rio State Hotel is the afternoon snack and free soft drinks to eat in the restaurant. if you decide where to go ... Berghotel miramonti is a clear choice. It is the number one hotel. I thought that all the hotels in the Italian mountains were of the same quality. But they are not. I was wrong. Berghotel miramonti is really the best hotel and I will never go anywhere else. thank you Berghotel Miramonti and please stay the same !!!!!

Unfortunately if you are hoping you are in for a treat this is not your place It is an ok experience but absolutely average. The rooms are nothing to write home about and they lack attention to detail - no coffee (even instant) in the room, no complimentary bottle of water and no body lotion, unusual for a hotel which prides itself on a great sauna and pool. I ordered a birthday cake when I booked directly with the hotel but it was forgotten and ignored yet they wanted to charge for it on check out. The setting is remarkable but is let down by the attitude of lacklustre staff including the owner and his sons. Building a connection and rapport with their customers seems secondary. On the whole the hotel could do a lot better with just that little bit of enthusiasm, ambition and drive. There are better places in the area. In my opinion don’t bother, you’ll be disappointed.
