Spent a week at the Rio Stava for skiing. The ski bus stops outside the hotel so good access to the lifts and slopes at Pampeago in 15 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and happy to arrange matters. The food was good with large breakfasts and a different dinner every evening. Make time to visit the Wellness center. Great Saunas jacuzzi and steam room. I especially recomend the sports massage.

Very nice and organized structure. Very well positioned for mountain walks (max 15 minutes from the Predazzo or Pampeago ski lifts) We stayed for a week. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The cleaning of the room is excellent and daily. It was an excellent solution for us and our daughter because the children's entertainers are good and helpful and available from 2 pm to 10 pm. For us adults the spa and pools were well looked after and very pleasant. Just one note for the staff: I suggest equipping the rooms above the entrance with an umbrella because the terrace is very large but is exposed to the sun for a good part of the day

Just returned from Rio Stava in Stava/Tesero, the 1st time ever ⛷️ in Italy. Enjoyed the suite, even though it was on the rear-side (almost all day in the shadow) of the hotel. It was a quiet room though with great amenities, close to the breakfast/dinner room, the afternoon snacks as well as the amazing spa area. The staff was attentive and friendly plus offering excellent service. Mr. Doliana, the ops mgr is a great guy and so is the maître Mr. Sandino, who was always in for a chat e.g. about what wine should accompany the excellent foods or talk with shining eyes about his far away hometown Bari. The cute lady from the Philippines made and served awesome cappuccino’s in the morning. Grazie Mille RS Team P.S. the internet was bad and unstable, making Netflix streaming or working thru Zoom impossible. The front desk claimed that a new internet infrastructure would be deployed shortly in 2023……

3 night stay with family. I have two children, 3 and 6 years old. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, there is a stream that passes near it with a path that takes you directly to Tesero. The room (I had a suite) is very large, comfortable and well distributed. At the entrance there is a door that opens with the badge, a table for four people and a sofa bed placed in front of the flat screen television. A mini terrace completes this first part of the room although due to bad weather I wasn't able to use it much: a wooden staircase takes you to the upper part where there is a large bed, a very large bathroom with tub and shower, a TV corner with sofa and a further terrace. My room was very quiet even though the hotel was full. I found regular and thorough cleaning. I really liked the spa, a little less than the swimming pools as in my opinion they are a little small (especially the heated external part is small). The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also quite abundant. The kids' club is located on the -1 floor and is quite large and well looked after. The educators/entertainers that I found were fantastic and knew how to best entertain my 2 children. All very nice, I repeat, I will return.

Very positive first experience in a family hotel. Very nice location both inside and out. Surrounded by greenery and Tesero is a beautiful village with all services. Excellent level of staff from reception to the bar to the restaurant. Baby club service available, welcoming and patient (well done Alessia) Clean and well-kept facility, excellent swimming pool and spa, good cuisine for both breakfast/snack and dinner, I would suggest offering more typical local products and dishes.

I stayed with my family at this property the last weekend of September... we had already been to this hotel 5 years ago and it had remained in our hearts so we decided to return. The structure is always excellent, clean and very well looked after, the spa is very large, the only thing that disappointed expectations a bit was the dinner, I would suggest offering more typical local products and dishes, however the quality was good, breakfast and very abundant snacks, the very kind reception staff also gave us the opportunity to stay on the second day by offering us a changing room with showers...if I can give some suggestions to improve even more...a minimum check in the spa area because not everyone always respects the rules, the indication of the name of the buffet dishes and the ingredients so that those who are intolerant know what to eat and what to avoid and lastly most of the dining room staff and even the cleaning ladies do not speak Italian but only English, despite this this structure remains our favorite in Trentino and we will certainly return for the third time!!!

One of the best family hotels we have tried: spacious room, comfortable swimming pool and games rooms and most of all extremely kind and helpful staff. We had a very good time at the restaurant (very good food) and very good staff and at reception they recommended very nice itineraries to do with the children. The location is excellent and the village of Tesero is also cute and has all the useful services. Val di Fiemme is truly beautiful and with the Fiemme Card going up to the lifts with the whole family costs very little.
